Nice comfortable home situated in a nice neighborhood. Close to shopping and dining. Good size for 4-6 people.
Did have some initial trouble with the spa heater but eventually heated up OK. 4 bikes for guests was a nice touch. -

The house is fantastic! New/modern furnishings, beautiful landscaping, amazing pool/jacuzzi, and overall well kept. Heating the jacuzzi was a little tricky but Palms Springs Rental Agency was very helpful and I was able to figure it out same day. The location is great...Albertsons, Starbucks, shopping was within 5 minutes.

It was our first time to rent a house for vacation.The house is well locatated close to easily accessed shopping areas.We enjoyed the stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. All the facilities in the property we excellent. We had an issue with the washing machine ,but we get that at home also,only other complaint was with the DVD player in the family room which "froze" intermittantly.The timing of the pool cleaner and the garden maintenance crew should be re scheduled.We look forward to returning in the future.Kind Regards,Tom Dalton

This is the seventh year in a row we have rented a home from Palm Springs Rental Agency. Each time we have been delighted, but this year was definitely a highlight. The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The wonderfully appointed kitchen had every utensil needed, including a machine to mix the obligatory pitcher of margaritas. The linen cupboard was full to overflowing with fluffy white towels along with colourful beach towels for when we reluctantly climbed from the fabulous pool and spa to enjoy watching the hummingbirds feed at the fruit trees, or to sit on the sunny patio waiting for the steak to cook on the gas grill. Although the neighbourhood was blissfully quiet,shopping and restuarants for every taste and budget were a 5 minute drive away. We will certainly rent this perfect property again with absolutely no hesitation. (Wish we were there right now)

WE RENTED VINTAGE PASEO PROPERTY IN APRIL OF 2008 FOR THE WEEKEND. THE HOUSE WAS VERY NICELY DECORATED AND VERY VERY CLEAN. WE LOVED IT SO MUCH AND ALSO PLANNING TO COME BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR.
