The Palm Springs Rental crew makes everything easy. The home was well prepared and wonderful, just like last year when we came. It's a wonderful quiet location with an excellent kitchen, BBQ and pool. Very relaxing and refreshing. Close to shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend the whole experience to anyone. Pamper yourself and your family.

This home was a perfect place to have friends join us for New Year's and to celebrate life. It was large enough for 8 to sleep comfortably and privately and also to accommodate football watching, card games, and several conversations at one time. The backyard was well groomed, as was the patio, and inviting and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the pantry. Our New Year's Eve dinner was perfect and the table and chairs accommodated 8 people, and then a total of 10 the next evening. Everyone commented on how nice everything was. One suggestion - have more chairs in the living room - we had to bring patio chairs into the living room to watch T.V. We enjoyed the whole weekend (3 nights) and would definitely rent the property again.

The staff at Palm Springs Rental agency was great. Deicy Coronado did a great job and made sure everything was explained thoroughly. The property itself is very spacious and on a very quiet street. It is right across the street from the Zoo and within minutes of great shopping and movies. The home is lavish, luxurious and the spacing of the rooms allowed us to spend time alone or together. The pool area is well-maintained. We fully expect to return next year with our friends and make it a regular vacation.

Our family had a very relaxing vacation in Palm Desert. I think that is just the nature of Palm Desert. The house overall was a nice place. The audio/TV equipment was difficult to operate. All the landscaping lights were burnt out so in the evenings sitting outside did not have the same ambience as it could have been. The fountain in the front court yard was not working and had a leak causing it to not hold water. Overall it was a reasonbly nice home I just think a little attention to some details would dramatically improve the overall experience at this home. We loved Palm Desert and recommend the area to anyone considering traveling there.

The service was first rate, from start to finish. The house was all we needed and more. The layout was excellent and the amenities outstanding. We wanted to relax and enjoy the sun and time together. This house was perfect. We enjoyed the privacy, the pool & the ability to cook indoors and out (on the grill). the kitchen had everything you need to prepare a romantic dinner for 2 or a feast for 20. As avid cooks, we were so pleased to find everything we needed. The fireplaces were an added bonus after the sun went down and after soaking in the jacuzzi tub. We loved the home so much, we plan on using some of the floor plan when we build our retirement home. We wish we had booked more nights in this home, instead of going to Vegas! Thank you for the perfect honeymoon.

Our stay was absolutely perfect . The house , yard ,pool was very clean,no suprises and the pictures are exact. The area was nice and quiet with all ammenities very close. This was our second stay using the palm springs rental agency, we've found them to be very professional and quick to resolve any issues that may arise.
