We recently experienced an awesome long weekend staying in this beautiful Palm Desert condo. The location was excellent, the pool only a few doors down,situated on golf course with wonderful amenities at the Palm Valley CC. The home is beautifully decorated in Tommy Bahama theme and the condo is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and wonderful time.The condo is very quiet, private,and spotless. We planned on doing more sightseeing but it was so relaxing at the condo, we spent the majority of our time there. We will definitely try to rent this again and recommend it, without hesitation. I might add that there were four of us (two couples) and we each had our own bathroom and bedroom. It was a perfect floor plan.

This is a gorgeous condo, well maintained; great pool access a few doors down. Owner fulfilled everything as stated and on time. Book it and have a great vacation with no worries!!!

Overall it was absolutely fabulous. The unit is well laid out, comfortable with all of the amenities of home. Renovations have been well done and will serve the owner well for durability, yet are still attractive and keep the unit appearing clean and well cared for. Value for the dollar was very reasonable. The only complaint was one morning the maintanence crew of the golf course started at 530 am to reseed with tractors and weed wackers. The sun wasn't even up yet. They had to use the lights from their vehicles. It was way too early. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable. I would suggest for the kitchen knives to be sharpened sometime soon, as they are getting very dull. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect.

So sorry about the early wake-up call. They re-seed the course once a year in October and we have no control over the day or time that it happens.
Thanks for the tip on the kitchen knives - we'll get them taken care of.

We returned from a one week stay in this clean, well kept, and fully outfitted condo. From our initial contact to the final step of returning keys, Jim responded promptly and efficiently. The condo was exactly as represented and had many luxury touches. The condo had a two car garage which was available for our use so we did not need to park our car in the hot afternoon sun. There was a large flat screen TV and DVD attached to cable and Wifi service which helped us find entertainment and restaurants. Employees we met at the Country Club were helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed a relaxing week in this comfortable condo. We would not hesitate returning and would recommend this condo without reservation.

We stayed for a month in this condo and it certainly lived up to the pictures on the web site. Totally remodelled; very comfortable and the views over the (double fairway) golf course, with palm trees and flowers everywhere, were unparalleled. The condo has 2 patios, in front and back, so you get sun for most of the day. The front patio is sheltered, which is nice when it's windy. The master bedroom and living room both have sliding doors onto the patio. The condo has been totally remodelled to a "Tommy Bahama" style and the kitchen is to die for. Palm Valley is also a lovely community - very nice clubhouse and 2 golf courses. Pools are everywhere - it seems as if there is one for every 10 units. The atmosphere is very friendly and we talked to many people who come back year after year. A nice touch is the free wireless connection provided by the owner - I had to do some work while we were there and this was a great help. There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms - the one in the living room is a nice sized flat screen HD. Great stay overall and we would definitely return.

What a treasure this condo is! I had never rented a privately owned condo for a vacation before so I didn't know quite what to expect. I knew the photos looked great, and let me say, the place is absolutely beautiful! This was better than a resort and so much more affordable. My husband and I stayed with my parents for 3 nights and it was the perfect place for us. The condo floorplan provides a lot of privacy and also plenty of space to spend time together. It was wonderful to be able to sit outside on the patio and watch people play golf. We felt so safe and so relaxed in the community. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The condo owner was very easy to work with and so nice! There are many things to do in the area and some wonderful restaurants! I can say without a doubt that the next time we plan a vacation in the Palm Springs area we will make reservations at this condo!

I went there with a friend and we loved our stay. This place is beautifully decorated and is in a great location. It is very well kept. It was great to be on the golf course and the Palm Valley Country Club itself is terrific. Be careful though, all properties are not this well looked after. Would stay there again gladly, if they have a vacancy.

This beautifully remodeled home has all the amenities you want and is
located in the gorgeous Palm Valley Country Club. It is situated on the
15th hole with views of the mountains. It is very tastefully decorated
and in turn key condition when you arrive. The golfing is great on the
two golf courses and people are friendly. I honestly cannot think of
one negative thing to say about our stay there. We just loved it every
day! You can swim, golf, play tennis, workout, dine or just read a
good book while enjoying the gorgeous views and the scenic
landscaping. We will be back next year!
