The apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably, and if there are 5 (a child) then this is also acceptable if you don't mind sqeezing the little one in.

This was the first time I had considered a Holiday let and our choice of apartment certainly did not let us down. Ayyaz, the owner was very helpful and accommodating prior to our arrival and did not let us down when we arrived. He had thought of everything we needed after our long journey including Milk, Water, Tea, Sugar, Fresh Fruit and even a local Newspaper and Time out Magazine. This made us feel very welcome and settled from the start. The apartment is spotlessly clean and large. There is everything you would need for a comfortable short or longer stay in the apartment. The position is quite, overlooking a newly landscaped area below the very quite monorail, but not too far away from the Marina, JBR Walk, Mall of the Emirates, Wild Wadi/Madinet Jumerha and atlantis/Aquaventure. All are easily reachable by always available and cheap taxis. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anybody considering a stay in this area of Dubai.
There was only one downside on our visit and that was we did not stay long enough! -

Fabulous apartment in a great neighborhood!So often when we stay in hotels we have to compromise our home comforts, whether that be on space, cleanliness or facilities. Well I can honestly say that we made no compromises when staying in apartment 904 at al Habool, Building 11, Shoreline Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
Fitted out with high quality furnishings and equipment -it was just like home from home.
We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment.

I would highly recommend this place as it was ideal for a family vacation. It is close to the beach and nearby restaurant. The landlord was friendly and available for any queries we had. Would stay there again if we returned!
