Villa Georgia is located on Frond E of The Palm Jumeirah and has a private heated/chilled pool, private beach access direct from the garden, a houseboy. The villa has 5 ensuite bedrooms, 4 with king-size beds and one with twin beds. Villa Georgia has full Wi-Fi, PS3 games console, PC and TV's in the lounge and entertainment rooms.

A beautiful villa with superb decor and furnishings, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A bonus was the way that the house staff maintained the villa in such a discrete but friendly manner. There was a choice of well furnished outdoor sitting areas in a small but pleasant garden with pool. One highlight was watching rays playing in the lagoon in the evening, and the ability to step out from the villa onto the quiet beach for a stroll was a delight. Each room in the villa had its own particular identity with an individual style and appropriate artwork, although this did make choosing a bedroom difficult! All in all one of the best villas we have experienced.

40th Birthday party and Christmas with extended family. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. The villa facilities and location were excellent. Jason was fantastic and very accommodating. Nothing to fault, would recommend with hesitation!

It was a 5-star visit to beginning to end! We were escorted from the airport, arrived at the Villa and were greeted extremely warmly, made to feel right at home. We loved the Villa, it is ideally located and we did lots of swimming and walking on the beach. We were looked after extremely well and the Villa was kept spotless!
Dubai has so much to offer the traveler and we had many fun occasions with the official opening of Mayden Race Course and the Dubai World Cup, wonderful polo and so many great shops and restaurants!

The Palm Villa is well decorated and equipped; it is comfortable and spacious too. The “house boy" kept the villa clean and had time to drive us. It is very hot in Dubai, so the quality of accommodation is particularly important – we would not have relaxed and felt so free in any hotel. We had a wonderful time ….

Being able to occupy all 5 bedrooms made the stay economical, in every other respect with the beach, pool, garden barbecue, office facilities etc this was an ideal package.
Everyone visiting Dubai and staying in rented accommodation should be aware of the difficulties in purchasing alcohol. However, Andy Dukes the owner of the property was able to make the necessary arrangements, best not to ask how !
