Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo in the Deauville development in Central Palm Springs. The bedroom has a 2012-New King bed, dresser, TV, two night stands and sliding glass door to the sunny patio. It has an ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The patio is just South of the main pool/spa and tennis courts and faces North toward them.

The Deauville is a beautiful condo complex ideally located within a 15 minute walk from Palm Canyon Dr., the heart of the action in Palm Springs where most of the bars, clubs and restaurants are situated. It is also kitty-corner to the casino and spa. The complex is very well maintained and the main pool is very large, easily accommodating all the owners and guests.
Unit #405 overlooks the pool and is close to the underground garage access. The unit is in good average condition but could use some upgrades, especially the Tv's which need to be updated to flat-screens. -

All the logistics we expected were in place -- keys and underground garage card were where we were told they would be. Unit, as before, was clean and equipped well with kitchen utensils and linens. The grounds are immaculately kept and the flowers wonderful. The view of the mountains is something we already miss! All in all, a wonderful month in beautiful Palm Springs. People who stay there regularly were welcoming and helpful.

I'm glad this guest enjoyed the unit and gave it such high marks. She never made me aware that the WiFi wasn't working. If she did, I would have had it fixed. Since her departure, WiFi has been restored to the unit.

The service was great - Everything was ready when we arrived and everything was ready when we left. The location was great - Short walk to downtown and overlooking a beautiful pool. The home was clean and inviting and served our needs perfectly.

loved our week in the sun and walking the soulful mountains of palm springs...wonderfully comfortable condo with an amazingly spacious pool which faces the majestic mountains...close walking to fabulous restos and culture (theatre, museum, architecture, street fair, library, etc.)...super tennis courts...next time we bring our racquets.

The Deauville 405 has a direct view of the pool and because it faces north we enjoyed indirect sun on the patio from morning until night. The fitness room and pool bathrooms were clean. The pool was crystal clear and serviced every morning. The grounds were beautiful.

Service from Dry Heat Resorts was wonderful. They made it very easy to access our condo for the first time, even though we arrived after hours. The condo itself lacked nothing and was a decent size. It was nice having the condo a stones throw from the pool. Being an interior courtyard building it was very quiet. The pool was never crowded and had lots of outdoor furnishings. The landscaping was beautiful and well kept. The only negatives for us was fighting the black mold growing in the shower. The lino outside the shower needs to be glued back down where it was lifting. That said, we hope to book for next year.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Deauville and the first in #405. We absolutely love staying here as the grounds and amenities are beautiful and you are right in Old Town Palm Springs - walking distance to everything. The pool is one of the best things in the complex for us. Our unit had everything we needed, was very clean and the way it was decorated matched our tastes. We truly felt at home. We have already booked the unit for our another trip.
