Our condo was very comfortable and the updates made it extra nice. When called upon, Kenny was there to answer our needs. Always enjoy The Deauville and 708 was in a very quiet area, but within walking distance to the main pool which we made use of daily. We made good use of the patio. The patio furniture, though dated, was very comfortable and fit our needs this visit. Hope it lasts until next year when we return.
The only suggestion we'd like to make is the pots and pans need to be replaced as they were scratched. There wasn't a large pot to cook pasta. We ended up buying a set. There were lots of knives, but they were dull so a sharpening stone would help.
Overall, we were pleased with the condo and look forward to returning next year. -

We stayed for a week in this unit during the Thanksgiving Holiday. The unit is comfortable well appointed. It is centrally located and close to all out needs. It definitely is value over staying in a hotel. The only negative is that the unit during the winter time is on the North end of the complex and doesnt get as much sunlight as I would have enjoyed but it honestly is a real comfortable place to stay.

My Mom, sister, myself, and 20mth old stayed here and had a great experience. The unit was comfortable - including the sofa bed which was surprising - and well stocked with necessities. The complex grounds were very lush and the relaxing pools were perfect for my son. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to town for shopping and dining.

The condo we rented for two months was very nice. It had everything that we could have asked for or needed. #708 at the Deauville was very clean when we arrived. We love the fact that the Deauville is so close to downtown Palm Springs and is easy walking. Want to come back next year, but we have our youngest son getting married. But hopefully in 2013 we will be back. Thank you.

Overall our stay was good. Being on the bottom floor made the unit quite dark but the furnishings were nice and the unit itself was very clean and well maintained. In the winter months the upper floors are a better a choice as they are much brighter. Perhaps when it is very hot the lower level and the shade would be preferred.

nice place, everything you would expect, great value for the summer months, and it wasn't all that hot. Great pools and very quiet, had the main pool to ourselves almost every time we went their.
