The condo has two bedrooms with Queen size beds, and a den/media room that has a 32" wall mounted flat-screen TV. A North-facing Veranda leads to the pool and spa and has two ceiling fans, a table, four chairs, two chaise lounges, gas BBQ and mountain views. We REALLY enjoyed the condo and particularly the quiet location away from the main tourist areas.
The patio was our favorite area, it was so serene.
The location to the pool was ideal.
The entire complex was very, very nice. The unit was immaculate.
We love the unit and would seriously consider renting it again.
The neighbors were very nice and my girls loved the dog next door.

We stayed with friends of ours at this vacation home in Canyon View Estates 3 and had a wonderful time. The condo is well appointed and nicely located in Palm Springs. We have stayed in a number of homeaway vacation homes and were pleased with the accomodations. The cleaning fees are rather high compared to some but found the cleaning was fairly satisfactory. Would love to go back next year but seems condo is already booked out from end of January to end of March/2011. Thanks to Kenny for assisting us with the broadband internet issue. WiFi would be nice.
