Spotless upon walking in to this nicely decorated condo. We slept well, which is the most important function and cooked very good meals on the outdoor grill. The modern decor put you in the mood of the area. I was happy that the pool was large enough for laps and dunked into the hot tub to warm up in the chilly desert evening. The location was so close to downtown Palm Springs and easily accessible to all of the desert towns. We were there on business and needed a comfortable, safe place to sleep and cook healthy meals. I only wish I had more time to hang around the place as I enjoyed having my breakfast outside on the patio and could have sat there all day reading a book.

We spent "Modernism Week" at this lovely condo. Private, fabulous patio with great view, fantastic location. The pool and spa are located right across the street. Almost like having a private pool...only saw someone once!
Kitchen is well stocked, comfy beds, very clean. Owner was responsive to small problems. Shopping very close by.
Enjoyed the barbeque and patio especially.

This vacation rental really exceeded our expectations. The condo is an end unit, so it was very quiet and private. The layout of the interior made it feel very spacious. The two bedrooms are at each end of the unit, separated by a hallway with the laundry closet and a guest bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all connected and made it feel very open and airy. Unlike some of the other rentals we have stayed at, the owners were very thoughtful to fully stock the kitchen. The backyard is located just off the living and dining area. We were surprised at how large the private yard area is. There was a BBQ, outdoor dining table, shade umbrella, and loungers that we spent a lot of time in basking in the sun. The location is perfect! It was close enough to walk to stores and just a few minutes drive from the main downtown shops and restaurants. We fell in love with Palm Springs and will definitely be coming back to this rental.

This condo is exceptionally cared for and the owners were great. The place had everything you needed and was a great place to for us to have dinner with our friends. We will return.
