Wanted to get away, close to home for a couple days & San Diego would be too crowded. Mission accomplished.
Facilities great, staff excellent, weather hot! Two complaints that most people could probably live with.
(1) Faucet handles are all round and near impossible to turn with wet hands. People with arthritis in the hands would be unable to turn them. Upgrade handles for elderly as we have done at home before we have to.
(2) Understand that reading is a lost art but you are adding to it. There was not one place in the condo that had reading lights for one let alone two. Lamps on tables in living room and on night stands but they were for atmosphere and unable to read with them. There are a few of us dinosaurs still around that like to sit up in bed and read to close out the day. Impossible here.
Get a ways are to be relaxing and enjoyable. This enjoyment is taken away here. Not major? Probably not except to us.
