Our three month stay at this centrally-located condominium was certainly world class. The entrance-way is beautifully landscaped and is a dramatic introduction to the living space. A stunning, professionally designed interior awaits you - it took our breath away. The two-storey living room has a 10 foot Miro-inspired mobile that acts as the anchor for the entire main floor. The main floor continues with comfortable leather seating areas, dining and a designer kitchen. Much of our time was spent at the kitchen bar entertaining old and new friends! The walls hold art done by the owner which reflects the pride he has in this luxurious home.
A sliding glass wall opens out to the patio and pool area. Again beautifully landscaped with night lighting that continues the dramatic mood set by the entrance-way. Many hours were spent lounging in the sun, cooling off in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Bbq's were a staple!
The master and guest bedrooms on the second floor are large and have very comfortable king-sized beds. The décor gives a soothing respite from the warm Palm Springs climate. Sitting areas provide a place to escape to have some quiet time and read or watch TV.
The owner was very responsive to any and all inquiries during our stay. We recommend 48@Baristo and this stunning townhome for a high-class stay in Palm Springs.

We found Christpoher's home to be even better than we had imagined. The comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen (even the knives were sharp), and elegant ambience all contributed to a most enjoyable stay. Any concerns or problems we had were dealt with immediately. His introductory tour and guest book familiarized us with all we needed to know.
The location was great - supermarket and drugstore close by, within walking distance of downtown.
We will definitely book this home when we return to Palm Springs. -

We spent the month of February 2012 in this gorgeous condo. The art work featured in every room, including the garage, made this comfortable condo very special. From the excellent beds with first class linens to the kitchen appliances and the pool furniture, we were totally comfortable here. The soft leather chairs and sectional looked and felt brand new. We will definitely rebook this condo if we return to Palm Springs.

My husband and I stayed here last year for two months. To say it ws a heavenly getaway would be an understatement. The condo us gorgeous. There was so much detail in every room and as modern as it was, it still had the feel of a lovely warm home in which would allow to stay ondoors all day with your loved one or out in the pool. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner who is nothing short of amazing. He showed us around and filled us on local activities.He made sure everything was flawless for our arrival.The location is perfect, the weather is amazing but the Condo we stayed in was the biggest highlight.

we spent the month of January, 2012. we experienced above average temperatures and having a private pool and hot tub was wonderful! Christopher was quick to respond when the pool needed attention after record winds which filled it with sand and debris. the home was very clean and comfortable. Gas stove in the kitchen and high quality pots and pans which we really appreciated. loved being close to downtown Palm Springs as well as Uptown where we discovered great mid-century stores and lots of wonderful restaurants.

The entire home is very inviting. The location is great as it is close to stores and close to the downtown area. The house was neat and clean and everything was there as needed. The bedrooms have their privacy as well as their comfort. Amenities such as the fireplace and the open kitchen area enhanced the home. Would rent again.

my husband and i loved our stay in palm springs, which was enhanced by the luxuray and yet home feel of this pristine home. it was centraly located to town and outdoor activities such as golfing,tennis and exploring the mountains and desert. it had all the amenities we could dream of and felt like home the very first day. we felt like we were at a spa with the private pool area with our own

My wife and I and then two friends visiting stayed at this wonderful spacious home. It was more than a home away from home. It was special and made us feel special.
It's exciting architecture and classy furnishings gave us a pampered feeling. We loved it and hope to rent again. We have vacationed at several rentals but prefer this new spotless home .We were delighted with all the first class amenities, large rooms, ovesized comfortable leather sofa, sliding glass walls, a pool and spa, and gas barbeque.
The owner was terrific- welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a fridge stocked with coffee, water and sodas. We walked to downtown nitely and golfed almost every morning following coffee on the upper deck looking at the sun coming up over the mountains. Great view! We always felt safe in the gated community. and intend to return. Now, we need more time off from work to do it. Thanks again. It was a pleasure..

Fantastic home in a wonderful gated community. New, sparkly and exceptionally equipted. Even the two car enclosed garage floor was finished. We loved it and the it's central location. This fantastic home perfectly met our high expectations. It exceeded them with it stunning architecture, interior furnishings and amenities. All shops downtown and many golf courses were close by. We were thrilled with the huge gormet kitchen and living room which opened onto the pool area through a sliding glass wall. We have stayed at several rentals and this is our favorite. The huge comfortable master bedrooms had luxurious king size beds. Our house quest appreciated that they could enter their bedroom privately without going through the main house . We think this stand alone bedroom is called a casseta in California. Christopher, the owner, was a terrific hoste and was readily avaiable if needed. The private black bottom pool and spa were a delight...romantic with the outdoor lighting affects and music. We intend to return during Winter and deffinitely recommend this vacation home. Thank you for a unique relaxing vacation we needed.

From my arrival to my departure everything here was thought out for my months stay.. Chris is a delight and his PS residence is decorated with care and style. He has thought of everything. The seperate casita is really wonderful with its seperate entrance...perfect for guests. This is the perfect place for any special occasion from a birthday to holiday cooking in the new and well equipped kitchen. You can not go wrong at this condo. Thanks, Chris for a great stay! I look forward to renting it again soon!

We had a great time here. The accommodations are very nice and the location is very convenient. The owner was very helpful throughout the booking process as well as letting us know he was only a phone call away should we have any questions or problems during out stay.
My favorite bit was the large screen TV which is mounted on an arm. It can rotate out of the living room and out toward the patio so you can watch the TV while relaxing in the jacuzzi.
