I'm offering $1000 discount for rentals of 4 months or longer booked by May 1, 2013. Comfortable and spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo now available. This is a downstairs, corner unit, which has been recently remodeled, has all new appliances and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there is a private enclosed patio off the master with a barbeque and a table and four chairs. The guest room has two twin beds. Additional notes from owner
Security Deposit is fully refundable after check-out, assuming everything is okay at condo. This is usually put in the mail back to renters within one-week.
There is a 10% cancelation fee if you cancel 60-days or longer prior to the rental date. Once within the 60-day period there is no refund whatsoever. However, you can apply any amount paid to a future rental, based on availability.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying Meg's comfy condo from Dec/11 thru Mar/12. She kindly left instructions for everything. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels and linens. The pool and tennis courts are near, plus the grounds are well kept, and the neighbors are very friendly.

This condo is a great get away. The location only a few steps from the pool and tennis courts. We were escaping the rain in the pacific northwest and this quite, comfortable home was just what the doctor ordered.

We arrived with no idea what we had booked, but were so pleased with the Condo, and the comfortable feeling it gave us right away, it truly had all the comforts of home. It was a lovely area, pool was great and so quite. We were close to the downtown area which we loved too, and would be happy to go back anytime.
