This bright airy ultra clean 800 square foot one bedroom, one bath condo has, hardwood floors, newer appliances, cable tv in livingroom and bedroom, queen size bed and pull out sofa bed ideal for retired couples but can accomadate 4. It also boasts beautiful mountain views from front and rear balconies located on second level. General facility has a large pool, two jacuzzies, tennis courts and laudry facilities. Within walking distance to downtown palm springs, restaurants, shops, banks and theater.

Although this came under a rental company,I found it best to have contact with the owner who was very helpful. He told us where to obtain keys and car parking permit. All very clean and tidy on our arrival. Although kitchen area was small it was very well equipt, large cooker,large fridge freezer with ice maker,dishwasher (i would have preferred a washing machine/drier) kettle, coffee maker, toaster,liquidiser and electric hand whisk.
Furniture in living/dining area adequate. Queen bed and good hanging space in bedroom.small T.V in both rooms.
Bath room had bath with shower attachment, wc and basin.
Balcony off bedroom with small table and 2 chairs. from this balcony there is an excellent view of the mountains-some with snow on peaks eg Big Bear ski resort.
2tennis courts and pool area on property. This is an upper floor appt with a lift from the garage to floor 1 then 21 steps up to front door. Bbq on small terrace by front tdoor. -

Close to downtown stores and restaurants and the Thursday evening Street Fair, a short drive to grocery stores, library and an all weather track and several golf courses within a 10 - 15 minute drive. At the condo there are two balconies, a swimming pool and tennis courts. Joe was easy to deal with. Everything you need for a Palm Springs vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in the one bedroom Condo at the Biarritz. Being on the 2nd floor gave us a great mountain view and lots of sunshine. The condo is just a 5 minute walk from downtown with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. It's a great place to stay and enjoy lots of R&R.; The owner was very accommodating.

Car parking under the building in the shade
outside temps in daytime hot and beautiful evenings and nights
a/C worked just fine tempering the mid day heat
Wi-Fi wireless internet coverage worked great
in unit direct telephone - no office switchboard
wonderful outside rear balcony with moderating temperatures of the evening
eating takeout food on our private balcony with the mountain view
slow walks to PS business, entertainment and the many food choices
wonderful pool
wish we had more vacation time for beautiful Palm Springs
a fun and restfull week
