The check in is quite simple. The condo is the very best. Esquisitely furnished, very clean and the kitchen is equipped for a real cook. We enjoyed the balcony facing the Jacinto mountains with absolute privacy, and the BBQ works like a charm. Early am we worked out, then it was tennis for a couple of hours (if sore the jacuzzi felt pretty good) and finally the lovely swimming pool. Downtown is steps away and the evening market is very intertaining. Looking forward to return again next spring.

The condo was very comfortable - it had been nicely upgraded and was well equipped. There were a couple of minor problems which were resolved very quickly to our satisfaction. The Deauville complex is one of the nicest in Palm Springs - the grounds are gorgeous, and the pool areas are quite lovely. The small gym is a nice touch. The location is perfect - within walking distance of the Casino (and their great buffet) and downtown.
All is all it was a wonderful vacation - thanks very much Kenny. -

Nice remodel with a nice view. Instructions on how to let visitors in through the gate need to be posted in the unit however.

We were very pleased with our choice of this unit. It was comfortable just what we needed for our stay. We thought we got good value for the time. It was much better than staying in a hotel and certainly tens times as good as staying with friends or relative. It allowed us to have our own space and do things at our own times. The condo while a bit dated in decor had exactly the amenities for what we needed for our stay. The location couldnt have been more convenient near downtown restaurants and walkable to the spa casino.

We spent 10 days at this condo and we loved every minute of it!! The kitchen and bathroom are upgraded with granite countertops and the unit is furnished beautifully! We enjoyed eating many meals on the patio and enjoyed the breeze from the ceiling fan out there. There are shutters throughout the unit which helped keep the unit dark in the morning hours! This unit was furnished with more pots and pans etc. than most other condos we have rented which made it really nice for cooking. It's one of the nicest condos we have rented and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!!
