Please note that daily and weekly rates are based on the full monthly rate. HOA requires a minimum of 28 nights. Please note that the departure cleaning fee will cover 4 hours of cleaning. If housekeeper reports that additional laundry or cleaning was required, additional fee will be deducted from security deposit. Gas and Electric limited to $100 each utility per month. If additional utility costs are incurred, the balance will be deducted from the security deposit.

The Rose Garden is a great place to stay...it is very central, quiet and within easy access to all amenities and downtown. This condo is great...very well equiped ( BBQ, wireless, Tv's phone, garage etc ), very clean and nicely furnished. The owner is great to deal with. I stayed here 6 weeks. I have high expectations, and had no issues and would go back wthout hesitation.

My husband just enjoyed 3 weeks at this condo - 2 thumbs up for convenience and comfort! It's in a beautiful Donald Wexler designed complex with two salt water pools and hot tubs (mostly deserted) located next to wonderful hiking trails, downtown Palm Springs, and less than a block away from 2 excellent grocery stores. Anthony ensured our stay was comfortable, and his responses to any of our inquiries was prompt and friendly - this place truly felt like a home away from home. We miss it already!

The Rose Garden Condo was a peaceful respite making our holiday restful yet close every amenity one could ask for.
It is tastefully decorated and was so nice and clean.
It made our holiday pleasant and peaceful.

We have rented this place several times and have found everything to be excellent - arrival arrangement,readiness,cleanliness,welcoming phone call,extra cleaning service,and a very pleasant and accommodating owner. I plan to rent again next year. I would highly recommend this rental .

I grew up in Palm Springs so I know this condo location very well and love it. The spaciousness of the rental is hard to come by and the pools are newly redone and beautiful. The golf course is a bonus as is the club house and the views of the mountains are priceless.

My husband and I stayed at the Rosegarden for
March and april 2010. We really enjoyed our time at the condo, which is in a quiet neighbourhood. Our landlord was very approachable and flexible
and we had no problems at all. We enjoyed the tennis and pool area a lot. We would recommend the condo for sure. -

This is a bright, clean and comfortable condo, with pleasant patios - front and back. It's close to shopping and not far from downtown. It's also just 10 minutes to Indian Canyons Golf Course, one of the best courses in the Coachella Valley.
