Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor updated condo in the Palm Springs Deauville. The bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, 21" TV with built-in DVD player, two night stands and sliding glass door to the sunny patio. It has a private bathroom with tile floor and a walk-in shower.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay in a condo in the Deauville complex that we rented through Dry Heat Resorts of Palm Desert. The condo was very nice but the service from Dry Heat was exceptional.On the first day there, I couldn't get my computer to work with the internet. Someone from Dry Heat was over promptly to deal with the problem. Turns out the problem was with my computer and not the internet service. The gentleman from Dry Heat solved my problem anyway!

We arrived to find a clean and well maintained condo along with a bottle of wine from the rental agency. Now that's a nice touch! The furnishings were lovely and it was nice to have a king size bed. We spent a lot of time outside on the patio and it was very spacious and the furniture was very comfortable.
The only concerns we had would be updating the 2 Televisions, new pots and pans and another set of sheets and pillow cases. All in all, we loved it and hope to return again next year.
As far as the Deauville itself, absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. We made use of the pool daily and it was heavenly.
We couldn't have asked for a better location - close to everything.
We'd give the service we received, our condo and the setting a 10/10. To sum things up, we loved it!
