Excellent location, well equipped, very clean, comfortable. Owner and managers very accommodating and friendly. Private pool was wonderful! Looking forwards to comming back and would recommend to friends looking for places to stay in Palm Spring. A excellent stay in Palm Spring, accommodations and weather was outstanding! Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

We just spent a wonderful month at Mark's Palm Springs condo. Mark is so accommodating and welcoming. He has truly provided everything you need for the perfect vacation. The floor plan provides privacy for two couples, yet wonderful entertaining spaces for time together. We especially enjoyed the outside space, with pool time during the day and the fire pit at night. The condo is conveniently located within easy walking distance of downtown Palm Springs. We loved being able to walk to Koffi's in the morning, and to one of the many great restaurants in the evening. We are looking forward to returning soon.

We stayed at Mark's condo for 1 month this winter and it was a perfect vacation property. It is only a 10 minute walk to downtown where there's lots going on.The yard is beautiful with it's own private pool.I particularly liked sitting by the firepit on cool evenings. This condo is cozy and comfortable with every amenity anyone might want.Mark is a gracious owner who had champagne and flowers when we arrived.I hope to return another year.

This is the best appointed vacation home we have ever rented. The owner thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. Fresh flowers upon our arrival! There were even spices in the kitchen, floaties for the pool, extra candles, a down comforter should you prefer that to sleep with and the list goes on and on. There wasn't a thing he overlooked. The location is perfect for walking downtown and there are some great restaurants just blocks away. Loved the pool and the fire pit. Off street parking and while this condo has it's own private pool, the grounds of the complex also had two very nice pools as well. The pictures and other reviews are all totally accurate. This place is wonderful! We hope to come back next year, as it truly is a wonderful Place in the Sun!

There are not enough words to describe how delighted we were to find this place.
It has all the feel of a luxury home rental without the ridiculous price tag. The owner is warm and friendly and thinks of the small details to make your stay just perfect.
It is like a home away from home. We visit the desert twice a year and as long as this place is available we will not stay anywhere else.
There was just one problem...Check out day (we didn't want to leave!)
Don't hesitate in renting this place - it's quiet, private, beautifully furnished and you have your own pool!!!

Our vacation in Palm Springs was wonderful. Our host Mark was the best, he was there to greet us when we arrived with wine and flowers. His condo was beautiful and he had everything we needed for our stay. The complex was also very nice with the two pools,hot tub and tennis court. Very relaxing!! We loved that we could walk into Palm Springs' downtown area from the condo. We were minutes away from everything. We found that the area although was very close to the main part of town it was so quiet and relaxing. Loved every minute of it. Thanks Mark for making our first time in Palm Springs very memorable. Stayed here last week in Sept first week in Oct and had a great time. It's all been said before but Mark was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed down to the supply of tea bags. The condo was ideal for the two of us and beautifully decorated throughout. Unlike other holiday homes there's a supply of general household items for you to use so you don't need to bring or buy refuse sacks, dishwasher tablets or washing powder. I'm not somebody who normally gives top marks for anything but it's little things like this which Mark has done to merit the 5 Star feedback. Too soon to be planning next year's vacation but if we do decide on Palm Springs I'd have no hesitation in booking this lovely condo.

Amazing Condo.
Well laid out. Bedrooms at either end, with living / dining space as a separator.
Attention to Detail was amazing. Mark has literally thought of everything. A great example. My wireless mouse ran out of battery power, but Mark has a stash of batteries for his guests in case they needed them. Also, there is a small BBQ on the patio that hasn't been mentioned by previous reviewers.
Mark's extra touch. As previous reviewers mentioned, we too had wine and flowers waiting for us. There were also beers in the fridge :)
The beds were extremely comfortable with a variety of pillows for all preferences. Also, the water pressure in the showers was incredible
We spend most of our time in our private pool, so we can't say much about the common pool area, however we did use the tennis courts and they were fantastic (also well lit at night time)
Mark was always accessible if we needed something, and was truly a great host. We would definitely stay there again, and have already told friends and family about it. -

My husband and I stayed in this condo from Mid-April to Mid-May. It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and filled with every home comfort that we could have possibly needed or wanted. It was even walking distance to downtown, and the pool, was icing on the cake. Mark was an excellent host, even leaving us wine and flowers. How exceptional is that..

A lucky find! Our first holiday stay at an owner's condo, two weeks in Palm Spgs. The location is perfect, in a lovely landscaped complex, 2 pools and tennis court, well-cared for. But on the exterior, quiet, with a high wall, patio and pvt. pool, in complete privacy. Walkable to downtown, the convention center and casino, gated, with parking, and with magnificent views. Recently renovated, it is completely equipped, not a thing missing, comfy furnishings with hip decor. I wanted to buy it! A manual provided instructions for tv, etc. We had a few questions and the affable owner was reachable and quite accommodating: recommended with enthusiasm!

My wife and I are typical "snow birds". We go to the desert for at least a month every Winter. We keep trying new places hoping to find one that we can go back to every season and be even more familiar. We have found that place!
We loved how it was decorated, very tasteful and immaculately clean. The pictures of the pool truly don't do it justice. It felt like our own private resort. The fact that it was close to so many restaurants and shops was a bonus. We'll be back. -

We were impressed by the attention to detail in this accommodation. The condo has been exceptionally well decorated and it was obvious that the owner had gone to a lot of effort to ensure that his guests would be comfortable and at ease in stylish surroundings. The kitchen is well equipped and if you feel like a night in, making a meal here is easy. Having the use of a private swimming pool makes it even more special.
The surrounding complex is well maintained and makes a nice area to walk around while downtown and the casino and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
We thoroughly recommend the property to any other visitors as a place to chill out and relax. -

Three of us spent four days in this beautifully appointed condo. The location was great. The rooms were beautifully decorated and it was a very enjoyable, comfortable experience.
Everything we needed was included and the pool was a wonderful surprise. Very private and the perfect size
