This large 1650 sq.ft. three bedroom, two bath condo at Rancho La Paz is conveniently located near the airport, golf, shopping and restaurants. The complex features three swimming pools, three spas, and four tennis courts. The interior is decorated in the comfortable colors and style of the southwest. It's second floor location lends itself to plenty of sunlight and tall vaulted ceilings. The condo was clean, quiet, and well-stocked with what we needed (kitchen ware, towels, bathroom essentials).The beds were comfortable, the unit was private, and has access to a nice heated pool and spa which we used on the one rainy day of our stay. It was nice to have one covered parking spot and one visitor spot. The unit is a little hard to find at the complex and we could have used a map.

it was really good and convenience during my vacation time.
i don't need to bring many stuff only food. everything are ready in there! i had a good realxed time and my children swam in warm water pool.

For the third year in a row, we 4 golfers have rented this property. It is spacious and comfortable. It is located in a quiet gated community. I would gladly reccommend this property to others.

This was a perfect condo to celebrate a surprise 60th birthday for our brother. We rented the condo and two of us were there for 10 days before my sis & bro in law arrived. During those 10 days we had to completely clean the condo...it was neat & tidy when we arrived but the tile floors were filthy with ground in dirt and it took us 2 days with a scrub brush to clean them.The area rug in the living room was full of stains which required considerable time and scrubbing to remove. The master bedroom had a leaky toilet which was annoying at night. The main bathroom needed to be renovated. The second bedroom with queen bed was great. The third bedroom had twin beds which were old and vey uncomfortable. The closet space throughout was generous. The laundry facilities were great. The linens were more than adequate including lots of pool towels.
The screen doors to the balcony both needed repair. The decor and spaciousness of the condo were the best, but far and above the one feature that was outstanding and would bring me back to this complex was the pool....awesome!!!!
