Please check inventory of kitchen items. 11 frying pans? No small sauce pan. Potato peeler impossible.
No wash cloths. Had to buy them. No swimming pool lounge chairs.
The blinds in the 2nd bedroom were broken & bent. One blind in living room was broken & fell down when we opened them.
We did get use to these problems, but maybe they could be fixed for the next renters.
You also need to leave instructions on how to use the TV & all the remotes so some people will not bother you for instructions.
Not being familiar with ice dispenser:
Also the ice dispenser was filthy, which after we had used it for a few days & a maintance man came out to fix the lighting in the kitchen he showed it to us when we couldn't get it to work. It was awful. Also I found a new filter in the closet & thought maybe that should have also been changed.
No comfortable high back chairs.
