My only problem with B16 was the steps to the upper floor, carrying suitcases, shopping etc.We knew this when we booked but it does make the stay very hard work. Will try for an appt. on the first floor in future. These are available but 'Saga' seem to have first refusal. Understandable under the circumstances. Will definitely return to the Biarritz.

Overall the unit was good. Location was great. Owner definitely needs to provide guests with wifi in future.

If you want to be close to downtown Palm Springs in a quiet setting this is the place. You are able to walk just a few blocks to get there.

area was close to downtown which was nice but the lack of street lights made walking after dark (5:30) a safety issue.Liked the fact that it was a locked complex. The condo did not seen to have updates done in a while-would recommend using the rental agency and the condo was clean

All very nice except the heat was very erratic. Sometimes just blew cold air and it was cold much of time. King bed ok, but short. I'm 6'5" and my feet hung over. Location great and very quiet. Like the property, but might look for another unit.
Nice unit. Nice location.

The blanket on the bed was covered with black hairs. We put it up in the closet and used a new one which was in the closet. The shower head did not work well and the microwave did not work. Otherwise we were pleased with the condo in general.

We received very good service from Rental Connection, and the Biarritz Building is in a very convenient location.
Regarding the rental unit itself, the pillow top bed was comfortable. The rest of the unit could use some refreshing. The furniture, although in decent shape, must be 20 years old, and the appliances are older. Microwave did not work, dish washer was loud and left spots on everything. It is still a good unit and I don't mind coming back again.

We enjoyed the facility at the Biarritz but are very disapointed with our rental company since since they rented this condo for a limited time for 2009 without ever asking if we were interested on a regular basis. We did indicate interest but were told that it was early and we needn't apply until July or Aug. but by then we were told it had been rented. We have been going to Palm Springs for 12 Years, it appears we will miss this year. Read more

We are sorry that we didn't help you when you were in Palm Springs. Our procedures were changed when we bought the company last Spring. If we can make it up to you, we would welcome the opportunity. We're pleased that you enjoyed your stay enough to wish to return. Steve Hodgdon & Marcus Phillips, Owners

The Biarritz conplex is a nice relaxing Palm Springs vacation spot. We like this condo because it has the ammenities we prefer at a reasonable price. These units are a little older, but the complex is well maintained. It has a nice pool, tennis courts and hot tubs. It tends to be an older crowd during the time we are there, which we like. It is within walking distance to many resturants and the central downtown area. Read more
