We found this condo to be very comfortable. It definitely needs some updating - we had to buy a new coffeemaker as the one that was there was very old and did not work - also a new toaster would have been nice instead of the old toaster oven. The kitchen was quite cluttered with the owner's stuff. The location is perfect being close to the pool and grocery store, etc. If we come back to Palm Springs we would stay there again.

this is a unit that should never have been rented out. the rental connection did a dis service advertising this unit as it did. The heater was old and needed replacement. the owner left all his personal belongings all over the place. the bed was not fit to sleep in and all in all, this unit wasnt worth 10.00 a night. the owner and the rentalonnec tion should be ashamed. as it was, we had to leave early and never got a rent prorate as the reason for leaving was due to the fact the unit was unlivable

Thank you for your feedback. We take comments very seriously. After your stay the owner took major steps to improve the property. He installed a brand new high efficiency heating and air-conditioning system, new mattresses in the guest bedroom and a new 32” flat screen TV in the master bedroom. We recently acquired TRC, so we were not here to assist you at the time of your stay. Our standard practice is to satisfy our guests above all else. We carefully inspect each of our properties through out the year and specifically immediately prior to a guests arrival. Should a guest find their accommodations unsatisfactory, for any reason, we will move them to a property that they will enjoy, at no additional charge.
