Beautiful dual-master suite Condo 2nd Floor location, Great community pool. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable. One King bed with private bath, 2 twins with private bath on 2nd bedroom.
Palm Springs 2nd floor condo. Master Bedroom with new high definition flat screen tv. a guest suite and each with it|s own bath. Beautiful appointments in a nice gated community. Great pool. Nearby to everything, golf, downtown, shopping, restaurants. One month minimum stay required.

I was very happy with the location and the community within the complex. There was a need for a bit more orientation information like, where the unit's parking space was, the geographical location of the unit and where the laundry room was. The carpets had some significant stains and the vertical blinds in living room were in need of repair/replace. The twin beds have seen better days.
If these items were taken care of I would definately return. -

This was a great trip as we were able to be with many out of town family members that came to the same area. I do think that the rug in the unit was extremely dirty and should be cleaned. I was a bit embaressed by this when I had family over for dinner. The rug was also dirty according to the couple that rented it prior to us. They also thought it should have been cleaned.Would suggest some updating & fan in the small bedroom.

Overall we satisfied with our stay at Casa Canyon. The location is great. The staff of the Rental Connection is easy to work with and helpful. I was a little dissatisfied with the carpet, otherwise the Condo was very clean.

As far as the cleanliness of the property it was mostly clean. I do think that the carpet should be vacuumed/cleaned along the baseboards. Also the cold air duct under the furnace is very dirty. It needs a good cleaning.
Overall we were very satisfied with the property and location. If we decide to vacation in Calif. again next winter we will probably try to stay there if it is available.

Parking was a short walk from the suite, The complex was older but the suite was updated recently with new applainces and electronics. We found the suite very roomy and comfortable.
