La Palme is a Mediterranean style gated community. We offer a choice of units, 2 bedrooms/2 baths as well as 1bedroom/1 bath. Common area amenities include six pools, spas and tennis courts . La Palme is convenient to the airport and downtown shopping.
The Tangier Model is a 2nd floor condo, with two bedrooms/two baths, nicely furnished with a Contemporary motif. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has two twins.
For indoor entertainment this units has two TVs, Stereo, VCR, charcoal BBQ grill; it is also equipped with a washer/dryer.

The grounds and pool/hot tub at LaPalme were beautiful and well kept. The unit was generally in good condition but does require some upgrading to larger beds and toilets need replacing (too low). Washer and dryer also could be replaced. Larger TV would be appreciated.

We would seriously consider renting this particular unit for next year if some of the items can be addressed. It would be helpful if the owners of the property would take some of their belongings/things out of kitchen cupboards/pantry and provide some space/shelves for the renters to put some of their own items that they bring with them. Several non working appliances were jammed in many of the cupboards & taking up valuable space. The condo also needs a new vacuum cleaner & a long handle broom to sweep floors.

I work full time and only take this one holiday a year so by December 15th, annually, I am in sincere need of relaxation and serenity. My husband and I find it at La Palme !. Our balcony, overlooking the pools and hot tubs, is only a few short steps away which I take full advantage of almost every morning; wonderful stretching exercises in both the pool and hot tub prepares me for each day's different golfing experience.
