Palm Canyon Villas features one and two bedroom condominiums near the hills surrounding Palm Springs. Enjoy four large swimming pools, four spas, four tennis courts and beautiful landscaping. It is next to the 36 hole municipal golf course.
This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with contemporary furnishings. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen.
For indoor entertainment the condo has two TV’s, VCR, stereo, and you|ve got a great balcony with wonderful views of the mountains and the pool.
There|s a washer dryer in the unit for your convenience.

We had stayed at this location in 2009, and had notified The Rental Connection that the lawn furniture was broken and not usable. The same broken furniture is on the balcony three years later. There are not enough white deck chairs around the pool area, so consequently, after swimming, we had to return to our condo because there was no place to sit. We were not happy about the very least, white stack chairs should be available for us to take to the pool area.
We are very unhappy that this condo's rent is being increased $400 a month next year "because of new management policy".How can you justify this? Also, why would I be required to put down 40% deposit now for next year? In previous rentals, we put down 25% in August, 25% in November and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. A 40% deposit a year in advance is ridiculous. and we have said no to booking for next year. By the way, we live in PORT Coquitlam, not FORT
Coquitlam. We would not recommend this property to a friend because of the price increase, otherwise it is a great spot. -

Televisions are old and connot get all channel because of no digital box
Master bathroom has very poor lights over the mirrors!
Mattress in second bedroom stained and dirty.
Lawn chairs for pool are ripped and torn and old
Toilet in main bathroom did not flush well had to hold down handle
Although the grounds of the condo had wonderful amenities such as beautiful pool we would not stay in this unit unless a major upgrade that would include switching out carpet and new furniture and most of all NEW TVS -

The property was in easy reach of stores and restaurants, and only 5 minutes from down town. The pool and grounds were extremely well tended to.

Washing machine was not working and took 3 weeks to get working properly.
The carpets needed cleaning.
