In a complex on the Tacquitz Creek Golf Course, with tennis courts on the condo site, this is a great place to stay for your month or longer visit to Palm Springs. This well decorated unit is light and bright, with the advantage of an extra window because it is an end-unit. It is on the second floor, and has a balcony with table, chairs, and grass outdoor carpet. The balcony has a view to the pool, plus the benefit of being a few steps away from it, so there is no pool noise. This unit of approximately 800 sq. ft. is well located in a complex adjacent to the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course. The propery has on-site lighted tennis courts, swimming pools and hot pools with jets. A supermarket and restaurant are a short 5-10 minute walk (2 or 3 blocks). There is plenty of non-reserved off street parking.

We've been renting this clean, quiet condo from Rich, for March, for the past seven years. Needless to say we enjoy our stay every year. Everything you need or want is provided, if anything needs to be fixed etc., it is taken care of asap. The complex is clean & quiet, pools are great, you can sit in the sun or shade. If walking or golf interests you, there are close places to do that as well. It's within walking distance to city bus service, Walmart, Target, Trader Joes & numerous restaurants. It's a just great place to relax & get away from the cold Northern winters.

We stayed in this condo for a month this February. The owners were wonderful hosts, taking the time to give us a tour and explain how everything worked. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect.
