Overall we had a great long weekend here, The pool is gorgeous, the house is comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. And it's walking distance from the ace hotel which has a great brunch and a great bar scene!
A few things I will warn you about that are not very clear on the info page - The fourth room is not connected to the rest of the house, so you have to go outside to get back into the house., but it does have its own bathroom which is a plus. The pool is right on a fairway, though this did not end up being an issue as the golf cart path was on the other side of the fairway from us. Also, the house sleeps 8 very comfortably (4 couples since all beds are doubles or queens) but the two dining tables only seat 6, and the kitchen table seats four. Also, there are only 4 lounge chairs so if you're all out by the pool you have to take turns.
The only issue that we really had though was that the pool and spa lights were not working, and even though I called as soon as we got there and discovered this, the issue was not really resolved. Repair men came on our very last day, but we ended up sending them away since we wanted to enjoy our last few hours poolside without them working on the lights.
Also, while the spa temp said it was heating up to 104 degrees, it never actually got that hot, it was always sort of luke warm. not sure if its just because the nights were chilly in october or if it was an issue with the spa.
and lastly, some houses supply them, but here there are no pool toys so bring your own if you want them.
Anyway, these are some complaints, but honestly, we had a great weekend there and would definitely consider this house again if we were to travel with so many people again.
