From the minute we walked in we were truly impressed with this property. Clean and completely redone on the inside with all the amenities needed for a short term or long term stay. We will definetly consider this home when we return later this year.

We were so fortunate to have rented this lovely house from Dry Heat Resorts. What a pleasure it is to write a review for a house that was a delight. It is modern house with warmth and atmosphere with luxurious appointments throughout. The kitchen is beautifully appointment and wonderful for those who love to cook. It also is the type of kitchen that lends itself nicely to a caterer for a dinner party. There are large windows that look out onto a beautiful pool and garden. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the mattresses superb. The owner of this house has thought of everything for a wonderfully comfortable stay. I cannot think of a better place to rent in Palm Springs for a vacation.

This was the best experience in renting we have encountered. Not only was the home exceptional, the rental process was smooth. It never felt commercial as things were anticipated for us. Fresh ice was in the freezer, pool was heated, clear written info to follow, and when we knew we were going to be early they said we could check in. Friends of ours from Rancho Mirage stopped by for drinks before going out to dinner and commented this was the best rental they have seen in the desert. Since the kitchen is a plus, they told us to rent it again and have them for dinner. Never felt commercial or watch this or that in the house. Dr. and Mrs. Arani

My husband & I loved staying here in april. Perfect retreat in Palm Springs. The house is very well appointed and updated, but still a bit of old PS vibe. We've always wanted to have a second home in Ps-this is it! Great floor plan and has everything you need and more. The bed was really comfortable, nice sheets and towels. Very private, perfect for relaxing getaway. Bring bikes if you have them (or rent) to get around without a car on cooler days/evening. It's very conveniently located to downtown PS and grocery stores, etc. at Smoketree Plaza. Great neighborhood to take a walk with the dogs. The owner or property manager was great getting us checked-in and provided a quick tour of the house. The office and Wi-fi also make it a great place for a "working" vacation.

We booked this home online and can honestly say it was even nicer than the pictures! We were met by the owner when we checked in and he took us on a tour explaining everything in the home. From the top of the line kitchen appliances to the private pool in the back yard everything was excellent! It was clean, decorated beautifully warm and welcoming. We did not want for anything - and it was within walking distance to a great coffee shop and a short drive to downtown. We would highly recommend this home we had a perfect relaxing holiday with plenty of sunshine - We will be back!

Great place - incredible kitchen remodel! Every convenience provided. Lounging by the pool was wonderful. Easy drive to downtown and nearby cities, great neighborhood. The owner and his agent met us on-site and gave us lots of good tips on things to do and see. It's a bit pricier than we are used to paying, but it's also a nicer place than we are used to staying in. Would definitely recommend it.

The view from the property and it's location were perfect for our needs. The kitchen is beautifully stocked. There was plenty of room for personal comfort and entertaining. Loved televisions in all the rooms with access to cable and Netflex. Great beds.
The carpet and floors and couches were dirty and no adequate cleaning supplies to do the large floors or products (brooms, mops, or vacumn) to clean floors. There was no hot water in the spare bedroom shower. There were some bugs (small ants)on the bar and cockroaches in the bathrooms. Barbeque was old and dirty and too far from entertaining. The main area bathroom needs renovating.

I'm surprised to hear that the renter found the house dirty. I have an excellent housekeeper and this is not the norm. I'm sorry this happened. Having written this, it is up to the renter to inform me of a cleanliness issue so I can send over a housekeeper. He did not.
There are bugs in the desert as there are everywhere. If the renter would have informed me of an insect problem, I would have had an exterminator visit the house and take care of the problem. Again, hee did not. I cannot address problems that I'm not made aware of. I hope you all understand this.
The renter told me he had a great time and loved the house. I was very surprised to hear of these issues. The good news is that even with them, he would rent the house again, and rent from Dry Heat Resorts again. -

This home was a spectacular home with all the luxury amenities for a wonderful holiday. The pictures did not capture the upscale grandeur of the home. From the silk dining room chairs to the plush king size bed in the master bedroom, every aspect of this home was incredibly beautiful. Great views of the mountains also. The bar with all the useful barware, the gourmet kitchen, the flat screen televisions through-out the home and the double shower were some of the special unexpected excellent amenities. We will definately stay at this home again!

An exceptional home. This well decorated and spacious home was a delight to stay in. The neighborhood is quiet and safe yet walking distance to shopping and a quick drive to downtown. This home is absolutely private with an awesome salt water pool and great mountain views. As this was a working vacation the office really came in handy.This is a great home to either entertain in or share with other people. A real find.
