Prompt and helpful service. We loved the house and yard. Location was excellent.
Tv access was limited because we had to use the 'TV room' as the 4th bedroom, and wifi was a little sketchy at times. The landscaping needs some TLC as do a few of the window blinds, but the beds were very comfortable and the house was v clean & layout was great. Only one complaint; the dishwasher did not work.

Stayed here for Labor Day weekend. Good layout for two families staying together. House was spacious with lots of seating areas. But the 80's chic decor was in desperate need of updating and some repairs.
- Separate "wings" where the bedrooms were laid out, making it good for two families to stay
- Large pool
- Lush surroundings
- McClean property management (specifically Karl) was helpful when last minute problems arose with our reseration
- Only one television in the house and it was in a separate room where kids couldn't be monitored
- Lots of doors leading outside - had to make sure kids didn't wander outside
- Plumbing wasn't always dependable
- Kitchen poorly constructed
- Dishwasher filthy
- Washer/Dryer old - it was a "Lady Kenmore" (when was the last time that brand was made?!)
- Spa not near pool; waterfall function not working
- Not worth the quoted $375/night price
