Booking is simple and easy. Each of the bedrooms has a great bathroom, really comfortable beds and beautifully furnished. Attention to detail in the decor, and it is set up for great barbecues and gatherings.
DirecTV in each bedroom and the family area, huge pool and jacuzzi. The place is well-maintained and super comfortable.
The air conditioning system is really fast and powerful, and each room has very relaxing couches etc. that are totally inviting.
WiFi worked well, it is located close enough to all the restaurants, shops and casino, but just far enough away with a breath-taking view of the mountains and surroundings.
Washer, dryer and all appliances work well, and lots of supplies are on hand.
The place is clean and has a lot of amenities I did not expect.
Also, for the price of hotels and such, this is a real bargain!

This home is spectacular!! Private location, big grounds, perfect getaway for girl's weekend or family vaca. I love the "Spanish" feel. This vacation home is one you won't want to leave. I would stay here again and again!!! Not one thing negative to say about this beauty.

This property is so great!! It was clean, decorated cute and was very welcoming. I love the back yard...you get an awesome view of the mountains. We Bbq'ed, enjoyed the backyard fireplace and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Three of the rooms have a private bath attached which is great for couples and family. The property has all the amenities and was very comfortable. I cannot wait to go back!!

I have had the privelege of visiting this gorgeous villa on numerous occasions.
This home has a very special "peaceful" aura. I have a very fast paced stressful career, after 2 hours at Villa Francea I am completely transcended to tranquility with the lovely decor and amazing desert views. The pool is great, and there is plenty of space if you have a large family. They also have DirecTV and high speed wireless Internet so I could check in at the office and make online dinner reservations! My kids loved the outdoor sound system...we sure did have fun Bbqing and dancing around the pool! I highly reccomend this rental home and I will be staying here every time I'm in town :)

My husband and I have stayed at the H-Spanish Villa many times and have enjoyed the privacy that the spacious home offers whether we visit alone, with family or with friends. The home is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a weekend or an entire season. The property is conveniently located to downtown Palm Springs for shopping, dining, casino gambling and Thursdsy night VillageFest.

This home was absolutely beautiful and clean and very comfortable We stayed with our adult children and their teen children. Everyone had their own lovely bedroom and bath. The home was beautifully decorated for us for christmas andf the home was well equipted. The only drawback was that the pool and spa were broken and that was really important to the kids. other than that we had a great time.

This place worked out more than perfect for our group of 7. We had a blast and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day as well as cooked every day. There is ample room for everyone and the place is first class with a nice desert charm! We walked to downtown every day and night to go out.

A potentially nice home that went Wrong---beginning with an Unkept cleanliness Throughout---the Jacuzzi broke down & nobody would fix It---constant calls to owner about debt Collection---too much street and airport noise during my stay!!
