This elegant, modern and comfortable Vacation Rental home is located just a 5 minute drive from Downtown Palm Springs on a large, private lot in a quiet residential neighborhood , offering a commanding view of the San Jacinto mountain range.

You will be treated to a sprawling 2,100 square foot California Rancher with Travertine marble floors, granite counter tops and vanities, and a sparkling pool and spa/hot tub.

Fruit and palm trees line the 10,000 square foot, private, walled property, which offers RV parking and a short drive to restaurants, shopping and the airport.

The home has everything for the technically savvy v...isitor from multiple LCD TVs,complementary local and long distance calling anywhere in the US and Canada, and wireless high speed Internet throughout the home and property.

And of course the backyard has lots of comfortable loungers and floating pool beds and chairs to kick-back and relax in under the wonderful Palm Springs sunshine, heat and blue skies!

Palm Springs Vacation Pad is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a beautiful view of the San Jacinto Mountain Range. The backyard is walled and completely private. The home is a convenient 2 minute drive to grocery shopping and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, where you can enjoy walking, many restaurants and boutique shopping.

The house is also a 5-minute drive to the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, and a 1.5 to 2 hour drive (depending on traffic) to LAX and Disneyland. The house is a 2-hour drive to San Diego, and a 4-hour drive to either Las Vegas or Phoenix.

DETAILED RATE INFO - "PALM SPRINGS VACATION PAD"
Rates - 3 or 4 Bdrm Private home available to rent at the following rates, not including 11.5% city tax.
Bonus: For one week or more stays, if you only want 3 bedrooms, we will lock the 4th bedroom and you save even more! We will reduce the rate by $50 per week, if you would prefer to rent the house as a 3 bedroom.

We accept all major credit cards & PayPal

You can pay via any major credit card through our personal website. As owners, we personally manage the property and payments and you deal with us directly. It is our goal that everything goes smoothly for you and you have a fabulous vacation!

Deposit refunded within 2 days of departure
We take great care to refund your deposit as soon as possible. Please note: we also provide a standard property agreement to be signed in advance of your stay. Full payment and deposit is required 14 days in advance of your stay.

  Normally, I would not have time to write a review but for this vacation pad, I felt that it's only fair to recommend this place for people who wanted to go to PS and looking for a place to stay. The home is a lot nicer than the picture, especially the price is reasonably fair and cheap. We were there for a tennis tournament and after a long day at the court, the swimming pool and jacuzzi was great to have and very therapeutic. the only thing I don't like is that Its a little off to the side and require a car to go anywhere. Other than that, the place was clean, spacious, comfortable, and feels warm. I would totally stay here again!!!

  We rented this house to enjoy Thanksgiving with our extended family. It had everything we needed to have a great holiday; big comfy couch, cozy fireplace, large dining room table, and all the kitchen items we would need.
  
  The kids loved the heated pool and spa! Downtown PS is a short drive and there is a great park with playground only a few streets away.
  
  We'd stay here again - Thanks!

  Stayed for a week with my husband and another couple with an 8 yr. old child. one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a long time. It was so nice to have a swim before breakfast, lovely pool , lots of pool toys, very private back yard.

  We loved our stay "Palm Springs Vacation Pad". Just wanted to say how wonderful the owners were to deal with, and what attention to detail they have put into the furniture, artwork and amenities of the house - it truly was a home away from home for our family. This house is also very "Palm Springs" in it's mid-century modern style, without giving up comfortable furniture like the huge sofa in the Great room.
  
  I loved the big master bedroom with French Doors to the backyard and a view to the pool. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and the yard is very large and private. We will definitely be returning next year! I wish I was there now!
