We really loved our stay at Palm Springs Cottage. It gave us everything we wanted! It was clean, very well equipped, comfortable with a homey feel. We especially loved relaxing by the pool watching the sun set over the mountains. It is set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just about walkable to the town centre (but not in the middle of the day), so very peaceful at all hours.
We will definitely come back - and encourage our friends and family to go and stay too. -

This was our second stay at the cottage. We love it and how close it is to Downtown! It's super clean and new, with everything that you will need to enjoy your visit. We will be back again next year, or maybe sooner!

This was our second stay in a Mark Izzillo managed property in Palm Springs and we really had a terrific time at the Cottage! Arranging our stay was extremely easy via Mark's web site and once we made the original contact, Mark took care of all of the details for us. It was very important to us that our stay be free of any hassles and Mark's attention to detail in every area went above and beyond our expectations. As to the Cottage itself it is impeccably decorated, comes complete with everything you could possibly need during your stay and the beautiful salt water pool and manicured grounds provided us with our own little shangri la. The property is very easy to find and is only minutes from both the airport and down town Palm Springs. We will definitely be staying with Mark during our next trip to the desert.

Forget Palm Springs Cottage, this vacation rental should be called Palm Springs Paradise. Mark, the owner, has an eye for detail and client comfort that would put many professional hotel managers to shame. Highlights are the gorgeous new pool with just the right amount of shade vs sun, and the indoor/outdoor fireplace that perfectly accentuates the living room and the pool for night-time relaxation. And should you, by some odd chance, feel the need to leave this tranquil respite, the property itself is only a stones throw away from all the amenities of downtown Palm Springs. Bu, then again, it's highly unlikely you'll want to leave Palm Springs Cottage for any reason.

The cottage provides a wonderful and very private get a way. The kitchen is great to cook in and by far the best BBQ I have ever used. The beds and linins are very comfortable and the towels in the bathroom are so soft I felt like I was at a spa. The grounds are so peaceful and serine. A wonderful experience to just relax in Palm Springs and look at the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains with a glass of wine while relaxing in the gorgeous salt water pool! The location to downtown Palm Springs is great so you can walk anywhere to shopping and restaurants. Love everything about the Palm Springs Cottage!

This charming cottage is a true gem. Well appointed, every detail has been thought of. Love the living room/patio see thru fireplace, brilliant! The pool with fountains surpasses what you find at luxury resorts. Only problem, always wish I could stay longer.

So peaceful and beautiful. The pool was lovely from early morning to late night, with just enough overhang from the pergola that you could choose sun or shade at any time of the day. The cottage is very comfortable, with great amenities. The open feel of the living room and the views to the backyard make it feel expansive and really brings the outdoors in. I can't think of a more relaxing vacation.
