Nanaimo BC, CanadaVery comfortable, well equipped and clean.
Left on 01/12/2013 for a stay in December 2012
We had all the amenities required for our stay. The condo was clean and well organized. The unit also was recently renovated with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, it was located close but not too close to the pool and hot tub.
We will definitely book again, great service too.
The only negative would be that you could hear the foot steps in the unit above but it was generally very quiet.

Burlington, OntarioExcellent condo & location, great kitchen and bathrooms

In addition to this being a very comfortable condo in a convenient location, with fantastic kitchen and bathrooms, we were very impressed by the many "extras" in this condo, which are often not included in rental condos, such as: cleaning supplies, dish soap, coffee filters, spices, saran wrap & foil, guide books, garbage bags, etc. Our stay was very pleasant, would stay there again, and recommend it to others.

A very well planned remodel - the condo was located in a quiet area and the jacuzzi and pool were close to the condo..the patio was very restful to use.

CanadaCondo fine, property management company questionable

The property manager could use some help in understanding what Customer Service is. We had been advised after we sent in the final payment that the original condo we booked was no longer available 10 days prior to our trip. Much to our disbelief, we chose another one which was infested with bugs. Once we finally got in contact with the property manager which was several hours after we arrived, his response was that he was trying to have a vacation. He did help us out by providing us with two condos on the property that were available. Once we approved one of them, he stated that he was happy now that he wasn't going to lose out on his commission. There was never any attempt to compensate us for both our major inconveniences. I would not use or recommend this property management company. Trying to be a "one" man show doesn't cut it for me.

I understand what customer service is. This renter could use help in understanding what understanding is. I rented her a condo and the condo owner chose to move back into it last minute. He didn't give me a choice about it and I had no way of forcing him to honor the reservation. I booked the renter into another condo in the same community. Since I represent numerous units in this complex, I had this capability. Others don't.
When she arrived, the condo had an insect problem. I happened to be on vacation when she called me about this. It was my first one in 5 months so I wasn't answering calls as quickly as usual. None the less, I returned her call within a few hours and had my housekeeper show her available units. She had a great unit at the community of her choice and was inconvenienced for a few hours.
I don't compensate people for being inconvenienced by things that are out of my hands. I can't force an owner to accept a booking and I can't foresee an insect problem at a property. I didn't do anything wrong and found her a comparable property within a reasonable amount of time. I owe this person nothing more than this.
Please note: I am not a hotel. I cannot provide hotel service. If you want hotel service, I suggest you stay at one.

We were only there for 2 wks so didn't spend much time in the condo. It was a bit dark as there were only windows on the east side & never does the sun shine in so the patio/deck is also cool. If we were to spend any length of time ther we would probably want something lighter/brighter.
