We really enjoyed our stay here w/ the nice furnishings & large living space indoors & out. The salt water pool was a plus & large, grass yard w/ lovely landscaping. The corner lot was very private. We liked having meals on the patio w/ the heater.
I would put more small glasses in the cupboard & maybe replace the D/W & high water usage toilets. -

The house is warm, inviting and comfortable ..you feel good! The space is beautiful and has all amenities that you would want. I have not had a vacation in a few yearS this was just what I needed. Beauty, calm, tranquil - everything was fabulous - I will be back

This is a place to escape...everything. We lounged around the pool, had evening picnics on the cool back lawn, and margaritas at the beautiful bar while steaks sizzled on the grill. During the still desert evenings, we floated on rafts with soft music playing through the outdoor speakers. After 4 days at Casita Tranquila, I was surprised to come out the front door and see civilization!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casita Tranquila! It was just what the doctor ordered. Our first night began with a swim in the glorious pool that washed our worries away and from there the rest was heaven! Thanks for the memories.

My experience staying at the Casita Tranquila was an amazing one. The amenities offered by the owner, made me feel like I was in my own home. My family and I never felt crowded or confined in any way as the house is very comfortable and spacious. The pool and gardens were beautiful and well maintained. The view of the mountains from the house was breathtaking. The location was perfect for us; a short ride to downtown yet the privacy of the "suburbs." I highly recommend this vacation property. I can't wait to go back to the Casita Tranquila and hope the next visit there will be soon.

We have finally found the perfect place to stay in Palm Springs. Travel there each year to spend time with childhood friends, can't wait to return next april. Loved everything about the house,amenities were exceptional and the owner Mark could not have been any nicer. We love Casita Tranquila.

We found a real gem! This is the best rental property we'e ever stayed at in Palm Springs. Quiet, serene luxury tucked behind closed doors yet only a very short drive to downtown. Every detail from it's layout to the beautiful gardens, pool and fireplaces are well cared for. A fabulous home for entertaining or relaxing. We can't wait to return, a real find in what seems to be a sea of "vacation" home rentals.

2011 is my tenth year as a regular guest at Casita Tranquila - a perfect year-round getaway. You've kept it in tip-top shape, adding new features and resort-like amenities that enhance the guest experience, like the outdoor fireplace and the roll top indoor/outdoor bar.
Casita Tranquila's location is terrific - private, quiet and yet accessible to downtown for some excellent dining and entertainment options. Nature has been especially generous to Casita Tranquila - sunshine, hummingbirds, colorful desert landscaping, majestic mountain views, and a breezy microclimate that keeps Palm Springs' temperatures very comfortable year-round.
