Mid-Century Modern House was well-appointed and very clean. Private pool and hot tub were super with nice patio areas. Kitchen was fantastic with all tools, dishes, glasses, etc. Manual described house systems as well as local stores and restaurants. Great location, close to downtown. Would rent this house again.

St. Paul, MNGirl's Weekend away
Left on 05/28/2013 for a stay in May 2013
This was a weekend for us 40 some moms to get away from a cold wintery Minnesota Spring. What a great time we had from the moment we landed. Perfect weather to start. The home was about 5 minutes from the airport. As was everything else you wanted to visit. Especially shops and restaurants. The location and home were perfect. Very neat and clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor space were great. The kitchen also had everything you could want. Highly recommend this home.

Sarnia, Ontario, Canadaeverything was perfect!!
Left on 03/16/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We have stayed in several homes over the years (Florida and arizona) and I must say that our home in Ruth Hardy Park (on Tachevah) was one of the best (and very clean). The location was very convenient! I've never seen one so well-equipped with all of the necessities as well as all of the little extras (cleaning supplies, towels galore, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, even a juicer, etc etc etc). The washer and dryer were very new and all of the detergents etc were supplied too. The living areas were very spacious and comfortable!! The pool and hot tub were amazing (and very clean)!! The "instruction" booklet was very well put together, very clear and concise, with all of the info we required!! Would definitely stay in this home again!!

San Francisco, CAModern, but cozy home with an awesome outdoor space!
Left on 02/21/2013 for a stay in February 2013
It was a girls weekend away and we loved the house! Kenny was a breeze to work with and upon arrival showed us the features of the home, which is sometimes easier than relying on manuals. The house is beautifully decorated inside and out. We spent a majority of our time in the pool and hot tub even though it was a little chilly (the pool lights at night are awesome). I loved the indoor/outdoor speakers that easily connected to an iphone. The fire on ice fireplace kept us toasty when we returned from the hot tub. We used the gourmet kitchen to prepare dinners together and the 7 of us were able to squeeze together at the dining table. The house is about 1 mile from downtown, and located close to grocery stores. Our favorite things about the home were the bathrobes, plastic drinkware for outdoors and the chaise loungers by the pool. A relaxing weekend was had by myself and my college girlfriends. Thank you!

Left on 11/28/2012 for a stay in November 2012
This house was perfect!! This was a family trip ages ranging from teens to 78. And everyone was happy and comfortable we didn't need to go anywhere else. The lay out of the home allowed for some to watch TV while other talked in front of the fire. The patio and pool were amazing. We swam night and day. The lounge chairs were very comfortable if you wanted sun or you could enjoy the covered patio. The kitchen was very well stocked and laid out nicely. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings for 9 (Including two 18lb turkeys) and ate out in the lovely yard. We have been coming to Palm Springs for Thanksgiving for 30 years and everyone agreed this was the best place ever. Who could ask for anything more. The whole family was there as they allowed our well behaved dog. Thank you for a memorable trip. Can't wait to come back

Winnipeg, Manitoba , CanadaAn awesome family rental home!
Left on 10/16/2012 for a stay in October 2012
From the time Kenny met us at the door until we had to lock up and leave we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spectacular home. The ten days spent in the home were a family vacation which included two seniors, our daughter and son-in-law and two grand children, 8 and new born. The home was suitable for each of us.The pool and hot tub were the major attraction for our grand daughter and ourselves as it is huge and great for swimming and playing in. The yard is large and very private with a terrific gas barbecue and wonderful covered porch area with cool patio furniture. The appliances were first rate and the house spacious and very clean and neat. The area is close to all the major activities in the area especially the Thursday night street fair, a must for all to attend. The only single factor separating the home from a 5 star was that it was very hot at night for sleeping and would benefit from a few ceiling fans. We will return to this home in a heart beat.

San Jose, CAAmazing Home...Amazing Experience...
Left on 05/31/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We had searched for a while to find a home that could accommodate our large family (6 adults + two kids). When we came across this house online, we were surprised that it was available so we were weary that the house wouldn't be as nice as the pictures. Boy were we wrong! The minute we stepped into the house, we were shocked on how beautiful the house was. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, kitchen, were all beautifully decorated. We've rented many houses before and this was the first place that was on the same level as a 5 star hotel! The backyard was perfect for our family to play in during the day and perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a quiet romantic evening as well. The house was close to grocery stores and about 20 minutes from great outlet shopping.
We worked with Kenny to book the property. He was extremely helpful and answered my numerous questions about the property before we booked. He also met us at the house and gave us a very helpful tour around the house.
We are already looking at our calendar to see when we will be able to visit Palm Springs again! I cannot think of one complaint about the house except that we had to leave it! Looking forward to our next visit!

The service, home, yard and amenities are all top notch. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay. However the property is located 3 blocks from the hospital this made for alot of ambulance traffic this combined with the proximity to the airport made for alot of noise.

ChicagoBeautifully appointed home near Ruth Hardy Park
Left on 03/02/2012 for a stay in December 2011
We stayed for a week in early Dec. The weather was not great; the house was. I especially liked the master suite on one side, guest suites on other end of home. The gas fireplace got used every morning and evening. As promised in the description and photos, the layout is comfortable, the furnishings are nice. The home is a block away from Ruth Hardy. The kitchen has every gadget and appliance we wanted. The beds were firm and comfortable. Linens, towels and amenities were top notch. My understanding is the owner renovated the property to be used as a luxury rental, and there were high quality amenities throughout. Property manager was attentive and responsive from my first contact to our last. I took a flyer when I rented this place, and I was not disappointed.
Only caveat: The house is on a well-traveled street. Be prepared for some noise when you're in the yard. (We heard nothing in the house.) -

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the Ruth Hardy Park rental property. The home was conveniently located to downtown, the airport, and shopping. The beds were very comfortable, linens were wonderful, and the beach towels were a nice touch. The pool and spa were fantastic and the salt water was an unexpected surprise that we loved. Also, the pool loungers exceeded all expectations. We cooked every meal and used the BBQ daily. The kitchen was well stocked, (we would have liked more serving dishes and containers for food), the fireplace was great, the outdoor grounds were beautiful, and I can honestly say we really didn't want for anything. The one thing we would have liked to have working during our stay was the internal sound system. While we took full advantage of the outdoor speakers, it would have been nice to have some kind of system indoors. The owners clearly took a great deal of time to think of all the personal touches someone would like and appreciate while on vacation (right down to the hair dryers). We were seeking a restful, luxurious, low maintenance, high quality, and stress free environment - we got that, and more. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable and we look forward to our next visit.

Regina, Sask.Very open concept boutique hotel suite-like, but in a full house
Left on 04/17/2011 for a stay in April 2011
Updated open concept home with a boutique-hotel like feel to it. The same feeling extends to the outside, very open with a great pool and awesome loungers! Kitchen was well appointed & bathrooms were clean and stylish. Tv room was cozy with a very comfy sectional, this room was even open to the living room which had another comfy sectional & a fireplace that we did use a couple of evenings. All beds & beddings were great! Another couple joined us for a few days, would be nice to have a second king bed. Also full length mirrors in bedrooms would really help. On the really hot days, a misting system in backyard would be cooling!
