Easy to book and organize and the team at acme always kept you updated on any changes. We were very excited with the holiday and expectations were better than we had anticipated. Acme's turnkey operation is second to none. You do not even need to meet anyone. Just follow the guide book. We did have three problems worth mentioning - tv problems but were settled with a call and the team was very prompt. Two - the garage was full and for us not a problem as we are young but if you had lots of stuff and were older you would not be able to get around in there. Three - the price was right but watch out for the gas and electricity bills - our bill came to an extra $37 per day and we stayed for 15 days in December and we did not expect that. Overall we had a great holiday and it is pet friendly which we paid an extra $150. Palm Springs is a great place to visit and the weather was the warmest anywhere in the us at this time. We would definitely rent again from acme as they are very professional.

I really enjoyed my stay. The pictures were very accurate. Utilities were reasonably. I would definitely return.
Dont leave the porch light on, the outdoor bugs are out of control!
The pool and jacuzzi were clean. -

Acme House service was fantastic, check-in was really easy. They responded immediately to our inquiries prior to arrival and during our stay. We highly recommend renting from acme House. The house needs some work it felt very shabby and dirty. It looks like many of the upgrades in the house were done cheaply and not by a professional. The floors need to be polished or tiles they looked and felt dirty. Furnishings were cheap and uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable though. Backyard was nicely landscaped with lots of trees that provide shade around the pool, but leaves and bugs were constantly falling in the pool. I recommend renting from acme House I do not recommend renting this house.

We had a verry pleasant stay. Good kitchen, good beds, verry nice pool and a relaxing jacuzzi.
