Loved the sparse home design with tons of sun and amazing indoor/outdoor feeling. Giant glass panel "doors" disappear. Gorgeous, modern patio and garden spaces with tons of room for outdoor living: dining, lounging, fireplace, spa and pool. Seems we may have been first renters for winter "season" so no outside cleaning was done. All loungers and patio furniture was grimy. I had to wash all and sweep patio. Home systems were too complicated to navigate with ease. (A consultant did come out to set up and coach us.) Tons and tons of wall switches, lights, TV, sound system, pool - it was trying. Heating difficult to regulate. Second bath is not modernized. Bicycles not in ridable condition. However, loved the location close to everything, amazing mountain views, crisp nights by the fire and glorious sunny space.

The house was well kept and clean upon arrival. It is centrally located to Palm Springs.
However, the cleaning crew was still there after 3PM. The lights for the kitchen and the living room area need attention as they didn't work properly. The a/C in the living room was set too low and made this area uncomfortable.
It would be better for guests if check-in was earlier. I have visited Palm Springs for the past 25 years and this is the first time I felt overcharged for a house rental.
Overall, I would use acme again. -

Internal equipments: Bathrooms are too small with not enough space to put our stuff. Furnitures of the living room: sofa not clean, and chairs made with willow are in bad condition. Equipments of kichen too light. Noisy cooling system with poor efficiency (too cold when on or to hot when automatic stop).
External equipments: Lot of room to have rest, with shadow and fans, swimming pool and spa are fine, with light for evenning swimming.
Explanations are missing: how to switch on water heater, how to use alarm, how to light the pool, days of garbage collection,...
As summary external equipments are fine, disappointed with internal equipments even if we have fun there.
