Wanting to live lightly inspired our renovation of our 3 bedroom, 3 bath home which is centrally located near some of the best golf courses, shopping, and restaurants Palm Springs and only a mile and a half from the airport. To accomplish this fete, we purchased thermal pane windows, energy star appliances and added 10x80 foot shade structure near the pool which houses the solar photovoltaic panels for green living. For your comfort, each bedroom has been refurbished with new mattresses and high quality bedding. Holiday weekends like Memorial Day, Fourth of July Weekend, Coachella Music Festival and Labor Day Weekend and New Years have a 3 night minimum. Thanksgiving has a 4 night minimum and Christmas has a 5 night minimum.

My family and I stayed at Julie's house at the end of December. What struck my husband, mother and I was how much at home we felt the moment we walked into the house. It was clear our 2.5 year old daughter felt the same way as she didn't want to leave!
The house has a great spacious layout and is well-appointed with everything you need. The jacuzzi, pool and backyard were our favorite features and in the end, we were glad we paid for the extra pool heating because we were able to use it every day - even at the end of December! We Bbq'd New Year's Eve (what a treat!), and we appreciated having spices, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels already in stock.
Julie and her property managers were really friendly, our security deposit was returned immediately - and the whole experience went very smoothly. We would definitely go back! Thank you Julie! -

We spent a long weekend at Julie's house last September and it wasn't long enough! We could have stayed a month. This house is perfect for your vacation - whatever it may be (family trip, golf, R&R;). The house is very clean and beautifully kept - with lots of room for kids, family, etc. It's also laid out very nicely - bedrooms are at one end of the house allowing you to entertain at the other side. The pool is my favorite part - very large and very inviting. We all stayed in the pool for 4 days! There is also lots of room to run around in the backyard with grassy areas on either side of the pool and beautiful views all around. The kids still ask me every day, "When are we going back to Julie's house?" It's also very close and convenient to everything you need (groceries, golf, restaurants, shopping, etc.) You will love it here!

Perfect property for a relaxing holiday. Lovely home, clean and well kept. Beautiful private backyard with pool and hottub. We had a wonderful time in Palm Springs and staying at this house made our time there even better. Having morning coffee on the patio watching the sunshine and a relaxing soak in the hottub in the evening looking up at the stars. We will certainly be back again next year.
