There were 10 of us in Total staying at Little Tuscan and we had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful and the location very convenient. the pool and hot tub were lovely and well used. While the house was roomy and clean it did suffer from some maintenance issues. The Management people were very quick to respond and helpful, however we had to call them repeatedly. The house is advertised as 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which is very true, however please note that all the bathrooms are ensuite and so the poor couple in the 5th bedroom had to share a bathroom by actually having to enter someone else's bedroom which was not always convenient. The house was well equiped with losts of space to roam around so that you did feel as if you were on top of each other all the time. All in all it was a very enjoyable holiday.

Wonderful property and the grounds are exceptional. Pool ,spa, and patio areas all lovely and private. The most noteworthy experience is the service and responsiveness of the Globe Homes team. Tom and Daniel wrer beyond gracious and helpful with any and all questions. Definitely recommend the company and the Little Tuscany Estate.

I just returned from a 4-day trip to Palm Springs celebrating my birthday at the awesome 'Little Tuscany Estate'. Night one was with my husband, nights 2-3 with my best girlfriends. Everyone raved about the home and said this must become an annual event! Great location - close to downtown, but such a private tranquil setting, expansive and lush grounds - just perfect really. The decor was done in a perfect mix of spanish hacienda meets mordern. Bedding was great - comfy,clean and crisp. Tom & Dan checked us in - super friendly, accomodating and helpful. My only complaint - 3 nights are not enough time to enjoy all this beautiful home has to offer!!

We came here for a friend's bachelorette weekend and wanted a private, secluded place. The house is amazing! The pool was cool, there were no winds like in other areas of Palm Springs, there were multiple areas to congregate, tons of beds around the pool, everything you could possibly think of in the kitchen, and ample room for 6 of us to stay incredibly comfortably. The place is well maintained, cool down great with the a/c, and feels like you're in your own little world. Will definitely return!

Stayed here with a big group of girls for a bachelorette get-together and we were totally blown away to see it in person--really nice and hip decorating, an amazing separate casita, and a perfect, huge backyard. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool and appreciated the multiple audio hookups around the house. Also a very private property up its own driveway, never felt like we had to be quiet. Really close to downtown Palm Springs.

I decided to rent a house in Palm Springs to celebrate my 30th birthday. I wanted a luxurious place to stay that would make my birthday extra special. The Little Tuscany Estate was everything I looked for and more. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and BBQ all weekend long. The Fridge and Freezer are good size and held all our food and drinks for the weekend for 10 people. Some of the dishes are chipped but I somewhat expect that at a rental property. I wouldn't have strangers using my best dishes and glassware either!
The rental company was very responsive and made sure to have the air conditioning running before we arrived so the house was nice and cool for us upon our arrival. The neighborhood is very quiet and made you feel like there was no one else around. The house sleeps 10 easily but one of the rooms does not have it's own bathroom. If you are staying with couples two would have to share the one bathroom that is in the den with the pull out couch.
Everyone in our party was very impressed with the property. While hanging out in the pool on our first day, everyone asked "How soon can we come back?"
Another great feature to the house is how close it is to the shops and restaurants in Palm Springs. We had dinner out one night of our stay. The taxi had no trouble finding the house and the taxi trip was short and inexpensive, which was great.
One potential downside was the gardeners and pool maintenance persons arrived bright and early on the day we were leaving. This didn't bother us as we were already up and packing but if we had been planning on using the pool/property that morning we wouldn't have been able to. I'm not sure of the schedule but you may want to check to see if any property maintenance is scheduled during your stay.
Overall we loved the property and had a great experience with the rental company. We will defiantly stay again! -

This house is perfect. It is beautifully decorated. The grounds are immaculate. It has everything that you need (even as a family with lots of kids). We loved it so much the only time we left the property all week was to go to the grocery. The kids would pick oranges every morning for breakfast. The landscape and birds were spectacular. There is really something for everyone in this house. I highly recommend it!
