EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS LISTED AS OCCUPANTS SHALL EACH HAVE A $250.00 PER INDIVIDUAL DEPOSIT OR A MINIMUM OF $1000 AGAINST ANY AND ALL DAMAGES CAUSED TO EITHER THE INTERIOR, EXTERIOR OR ANY CONTENTS OF PREMISES.
Cancellation
CANCELLATION; REFUND: A. If Occupant cancels or otherwise terminates the Agreement more than 30 days prior to arrival date, Occupant will forfeit the advance payment of 1/3 of the total rental proceeds of their reservation.B. If Occupant cancels 30 days or less of arrival date, all rental costs and taxes are forfeited. The security deposit, cleaning fee and any pool/spa heating deposits will be refunded. If Hot Tin Roof, Ltd is able to secure a paid rental for the same period of time, the monies for those re-rented days would be refunded to the original Occupant less 25%.& Taxes.

From our first communication with the owner, Michael, to our farewell to this lovely house and the enjoyable days we spent there, the experience couldn't have been more easy or more welcoming. Every care was taken to make us feel at home. The house itself is spacious and airy. The bedrooms and furnishings are amazingly comfortable, and provided the most peaceful nights sleep. The pool is so clean and fresh and the spa is wonderful. There's a high hedge surrounding the property which provides total privacy. Our party ranged in ages from 21 to 55. The house suited each of us perfectly. We can't wait to go back.

I love love love this home. The owner Michael is great. He really follows up on your questions and he responds to emails almost immediately. Jody who cheked us in, is so sweet and helpful. The house itself was beautiful and bigger than i expected. The pool (my favorite part) was so nice and private. There were so many different areas outside by the pool where you can lounge around, read a book, tan, eat, or anything else for that matter. I would definently recommend this place to my friends and i will be coming back for another vacation in the near future!!!

The Hot Tin Roof property in Palm Springs is truly an oasis in the desert. My partner and I enjoyed the serenity and the "vibe" of this unusually peaceful rental. We felt we were staying with friends the moment we walked in the front door. The house has a special personality which is reflected in the decor, the landscaping and the personal touches. The salt water pool is one of our favorite places to relax. There is so much privacy that we didn't see or hear the neighbors. Everything is there: wi-fi, lots of towels, extra linens, cooking utensils, etc. It is close to shopping, the airport, the golf course, antique shops, tourist destinations, and downtown Palm Springs, but not in the middle of everything.
We will be booking The Hot Tin Roof house when we return to Palm Springs. Very high standards! -

My family had a wonderful vacation at this home. The house itself was bright, clean, well furnished and in particular, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The location is good and the owners were easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider staying here again for our next Palm Springs getaway. Thank you so much!

I'll start with the swimming pool. it's a saltwater system so the water feels soft on the skin. I spent a lot of time swimming up and down. fantastic. We really enjoyed the house as it's set-up to be perfect for groups as the bedrooms are not all next to eachother, so very private...and talking about the bedrooms...the decoration is stunning and exotic.The bathrooms are all fitted for convenience and one bathroom has been fantastically tilled with mosiac. The house has a very nice flow from sitting, dining and kitchen to the outside pool-terrace. A great place to relax and chill. I'll be back.

My experience was delightful, from the first e mail inquiring about the property, to the time we drove out of the driveway. The owner (michael) operates in a very enthusiastic manner and is organized with every little detail. It was so helpful to have a Ms. Jody meet us there to go over things and come back as we were leaving. Jody lives in the villa next door which made it very easy for us to ask her for local information and advise. We will definately come back and so will the family and friends that shared the home with us. The house has a wonderful feel that cannot come across in pictures.
