The house is great for a small group because of the open floor plan in the living room and kitchen and great outdoor area. The pool/spa and outdoor bbq were perfect. Kids loved playing badminton in the huge grassy area. Living room is very comfy and made me feel like I was at home. Owner responded to emails quickly. We wish we could have stayed longer!
