Gorgeous, Spacious Private Home - Pool/Spa/Tennis

Welcome to Green Oasis: a beautiful, luxurious, spacious three bedroom, three bathroom house in the desirable wind-free South Palm Springs area. House is just around the corner from the Mesquite Country Club and a few minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs and the Resort Spa Casino as well as the Smoke Tree shopping complex. House rents at a one week minimum, but we will consider a two or three day rental last minute or between gaps at the higher weekend rate.

This house is powered by solar panels, with conventional back up, and our pool and spa are warmed by a gas heater with the help of a solar heater. Utilities for renters during... fall through spring are very reasonable since most of the pool heating and electricity are supplied by sunshine. Our beautiful desert-scape garden saves on water and our lighting system saves on energy.

Very private backyard is planted with mature citrus trees -- loaded with fruit in winter, fragrant with blossoms in Spring. Fantastic view of mountains in the West for amazing sunsets and cloud shows. Pool and spa have wonderful, healthful saline water system and backyard features a new and beautiful gas barbecue and extra comfy lawn furniture with the thickest cushions. Master bedroom features California king bed and walls covered with Shag (Josh Aigle) prints. Master has 37 inch flat screen t.v. with DVD player and cable. Second bedroom is great for kids with twin beds and t.v. with DVD player. Twin beds can be pushed together as a single bed. Den has new 50 inch Toshiba flat screen and cable with HBO, sound system, and a pull-out couch for two more sleepers. Back bedroom has queen bed and flat screen t.v. with cable.

Kitchen is fully equipped with bake ware, mixer, panini maker, blender, etc. and also has PC with DSL. Living room has cathedral ceiling, piano, fireplace, loads of original art and African wood sculptures.

Pack and play and high chair may be available upon request.

Directly across from the house is a park with two well maintained tennis courts that are always available. Play at night under the lights and enjoy our croquet set on the grass. Area is lovely, quiet, sandwiched between golf courses and parks -- a warm and tranquil piece of paradise.

  This home is the best kept rental secret in Palm Springs. It is a beautifully maintained and decorated house, filled with artwork the owners have collected on their world travels. It is a commodious house that can accommodate at least six people with comfort and privacy. The location was superb on a quiet street, and quite near the Smoke Tree shopping center with all manner of stores. The owner made the entire rental process easy and made the stay enjoyable. Don't miss this magnificent property.

  The house was more than as advertised and the pictures do not do it justice. We expected to eat most of our meals out, but we didn't want to leave this colorful, spacious home. My wife said the decor was fantastic and our dog loved the park across the street. My cousin and his family dropped by and were jealous to see the house and pool we got for the same money he paid for a condo. You can expect to hear from us again -- my daughters have already informed me we are returning next year. Thanks, Clark.
