My family took a week vacation at this lovely Mid-Century home and really loved the trip. Check-in and check-out was very easy, and it had all the amenities necessary for a family of four to really enjoy the stay. The comfortable beds were a big plus and it is decorated in a clean, modern style. Bathrooms & kitchen are updated with new appliances and fixtures. Beautifully styled home from someone who has a good eye for design.
We especially loved the back yard with a great pool and hot tub. Views are amazing!! We spent most of our time in the back yard and soaked in the sunshine poolside. It is quiet and very private with lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables for everyone to enjoy. It is also minutes away from the downtown area - very convenient. My friends had booked this place for a weekend in June. One of the three bedrooms was available and they convinced me to join them. I wasn't going to go, at first, because it was hot, it was far and I just didn't get what there was to do in Palm Springs. At the last minute, I changed my mind, jumped in my car and drove out to join them and wow was I surprised when I got there.
This place is like a wonderful time machine. The decorations inside, the furniture, the artwork... it's so clean, so quiet, so beautiful... it's what I used to picture California was before I moved to California. It's what California is supposed to be.
There's a delightful magic that comes alive when you're inside this house and it doesn't disappear when you're outside. The pool is a nice size and was spotlessly clean. The jacuzzi was warm and is shielded by trees for privacy.
This was the best weekend getaway I've ever made. I would gladly go again.
My only hesitation in recommending this place to anybody is that you might fall in love with it the same way I did and then I'll have some competition booking it.Response from Evolve Vacation Rental Network - 07/12/2012

This place is breath-taking! Modern and fun interior, furnished beautifully, all the amenities, super cute bathrooms, large windows, great backyard (how could you not love that pool!), plenty of space for everyone. We had amazing time during our weekend in PS. We could've stayed another couple of days if time permitted. The view from the pool was spectacular, and even though it was over 100 degrees when we were there in May, inside the home and in the pool, you couldn't even tell. It was divine!

The house was impeccably decorated, yet still inviting and warm. I vacationed for a long weekend during the summer. The pool was refreshing and clean, the a/C within the house was crisp, and the accomodations were clean, comfortable, and cozy for a couple or spacious for multiple people.
The landlords make sure that everything a guest would need is accessible and easily understood. They also make themselves available for questions. The actual property is nestled within an amazing neighborhood, on a quiet cul-de-sac but quick drive to the grocery store or into Palm Springs to go shopping or dine out.

This house was a literally a dream come true. I came here with 4 girlfriends for my Brides and Bridesmaids weekend away (We prefer to sit by the pool and sip champagne as opposed to nasty Vegas vacations). We were looking to step back in time to a mid-century, calm, peaceful, sunny oasis in Palm Springs and our needs were definitely met. The place was decorated beautifully, we couldn't stop taking pictures of it. The pool was to die for. The mountain view was peaceful as promised, the beds comfy, the linens lush. It is a little far from the hustle and bustle of Palm Springs, so it is a good idea to have a car or a plan to get groceries or amenities once you are there, but is perfect if your agenda is to "get-away-from-it-all". One night we took a trip to the aerial Tram (a short 10 minute drive away) and dinner out for our big venture out. Besides that, it was hard to leave the pool, the barbeque and all the lovely decor at the house. We miss it already and will definitely be back. So much better than a cheesy hotel! Well done! Breathtaking. Thank you for the best vacation we have had in ages.
