This property offered all we needed, it was spacious, private and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Lots of room for teenagers to have their space. Psra was again, great to work with and any minor problems were dealt with professional & promptly.

This is a spacious dwelling with a very practical layout that would accommodate a large family/group. The fenced in back yard is beautiful with a nice pool and spa, and citrus trees overhanging the fence. It is very private. Noise from the nearby airport was not a significant issue. All services, stores and restaurants are nearby.
My only complaint was that the kitchen is small and the cutlery was not up to the standard of the major appliances which are relatively new.
I would stay here again. -

A very nice home, well decorated with a nice outdoor pool in a good location in Palm Springs was our goal: and this home is it.
Palm Springs Rental agency is also very easy to deal with. They were informative and very helpful.

The house is wonderful for a vacation visit...a well-appointed kitchen with labels in cupboards so it's easy to replace items...large and roomy and comfortable with 3 different areas to gather...bedrooms/bathrooms are large with ceiling fans...lots of towels. And then there's the pool and charming landscaping of the yard with the mountains as backdrop! A laminated list with locations of local grocery stores, favored restaurants and local hospital would be helpful, but we found our way. Hospital is just in case of accident. We had a child with us who hit his head and we wanted to have the local hospital info just in case. But our child was fine. We would come back to this home in a second!

The home was much larger that we anticipated, and the photos don't do justice to the backyard which felt like an extension to the house. We are looking forward to returning to this jewel in the desert!

This house is absolutely perfect for a family that enjoys lounging in the pool, reading, cooking their own food, and watching any of the four tvs. Need I say more? Beds super comfy, and every ammenity available. We'll be back.

We stayed at Tropical Park Palms for a girls getaway. We thought the house
was great - nice pool, tvs for movie night, comfy furniture for lounging
around and chatting. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was well
equipped. Location very convenient to airport and downtown PS. -

The house was nice. The kitchen was a little sad. The fireplace didn't come on and no instructions were given on how to get it to work.
