The service provided by the rental agency was quite good except for the overly-aggressive warnings about not having any parties at the house we rented. I felt like a college student being warned by a parent. Kind of hard to take when you're 60 years old and the person providing the warning is in her twenties! I would recommend providing a "walk through"of the property as part of the service. The house itself was quite nice - especially the grounds except that the interior was a quite dark.
The pool/spa operating switches did not work well and of course, we were warned that if we left the heat or spa motor on too long we'd be charged even more than we had already paid to have each heated.
The location was satisfactory but not the 5-to-10 minute walk from town that I was told it would be. -

We've stayed at this house 5 or 6 times over the years, and we keep coming back every year. It's a gorgeous home, and the pool and hot-tub are fantastic.

Very tasteful old style house with a magnificent, almost magical garden and large pool. Delightfully and tastefully decorated with good art; well supplied with all you need to run an efficient house (kitchenware and appliances). Many doors in living-room and bedrooms leading to outside garden or patios. Feels like home. Excellent and responsive service from Psra.

Good location -- could have been a bit closer to downtown, but we managed okay. Excellent privacy and the yard was very well landscaped --- like a paradise. The pool and hot tub were just amazing.
The bathrooms could have used some updating --- toilet ran on and on and we had to lift the tank cover and fiddle with the float each time we used it, in order to stop it running.
Kitchen was nicely updated -- great appliances. Beds were nice and comfortable, and the house was well-equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, etc.
Service from the rental agency was great --- easy check-in. We enjoyed the convenience of free long-distance -- a very nice touch.
Overall, a wonderful holiday in a very nice home. We would rent from Psra again -- probably as early as next year!

This home was everything we were hoping for. The pool and yard were great, we cooked up some awesome lobster tails on the BBQ by the pool. The beds were very nice and every room had a tv and fan over the bed. Really the home had everything you needed for a perfect stay. Even bikes in the garage to use. We are already booked for an other stay next month.

This is the second time that we have rented this house. The cleanliness of the house is excellent. The staff has always been there for any requests. The house, the pool, the grounds, are beautiful. It is a very peaceful atmosphere, with a view of the mountains to augment the beauty.

Very private, relaxing and peaceful! The house is spacious with a dessert home
style touch added to it, the patio is very nice to have dinner or relax in the
shade during the middle of the day. The kitchen is set up great for looking out
into the yard or toward the main room of the house...great place to socialize
while preparing food or making cocktails. The swimming pool /jacuzzi are
awesome to relax and have fun on your trip. The neighbor is quiet, great place
to take a walk, run, or ride a bike. The house is close enough to downtown
Palm Springs when you could walk or ride a bike, cheap cab ride if you have a
few drinks in town. Further, the house is a great get away from the daily grind
in the city and i highly recommend this house for anyone that is looking to
relax and spent time with the person you love or with your family. -

Perfectly acceptable property. A bit farther from downtown than we would have liked. Had some issues with the pool girl. Works well for multiple couples as each bedroom has an en suite bath.

This home is perfect for the quick week-end get-away or for staying during the week. It is a very relaxing place and lends itself well to entertaining, due to the open floor-plan. The outdoor space is private and very comfortable.
The home is close to the "main drag" in Palm Springs, so shopping and eating are easy tasks.
It's a short drive to the nearby towns of Cathedral City, Palm Desert, Indio and La Quinta, so exploring the area was a treat.
