Deepwell del Sol was a perfect place for my family and extended family to vacation at. The house was open and roomy, there were 4 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms and the pool and sauna was heavenly. The l;ocation was why we chose this home near all the amenities and walking distance to downtown. Psra was helpful and easy to use and we got what we paid for! The only bathtub was a little deep for our kids, and a party member who has mobility issues, and a light fixture above the dining table would have been nice!

We have rented this property for 3 !/2 mos. each winter since 2007, and can attest that the rental agency's description is correct in every way except for being unable to present the realization of how successful the owners were for creating a welcoming sanctuary for their guests: a spacious, bright and sparkling, affordable home in a sought after neigh-
borhood, close to everything. It was ideal for us in every way and we will miss our neighbors too. We are truly sorry that other circumstances keep us from returning this coming season.
The spaciousness is a luxury in itself and the rooms are inviting and furnished attractively and very comfortably. The space is unbeatable for entertaining and lent itself to complete privacy when we wanted it.
The amenities here are remarkable. We found a BBQ right outside the kitchen door on its own roomy, brick terrace. Both of us like to cook ( one of us is a baker ) and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Picking our own fresh oranges and grapefruit just outside our door every day was a thrill for us.
We loved the way the living areas and master bed room with their floor to ceiling windows became part of the very large, outdoor covered pool deck which has its own separate cooling system, tho we never had to use it. The heating lamp works great when dining out doors on coolish nites - which we did often.
And after all these years we still can't believe the stunning views of the mountains from our front entry and private pool and yard. We will miss all this and look forward, hopefully, to returning.

This was our 2nd rental with PS Agency, overall the experience was good. The home was very spacious for the 4 of us, loved the pool once we got heat in it, there were not any curtains in the one bedroom and had quite a surprise when the gardeners showed up at 7 a.m. making a heck of a racket.
But, it is a very quiet neighbourhood, private yard, good access to Palm Springs.
The home offered good ammenities, comfortable beds, good linens, exceptionally stocked kitchen, I would recommend this home for a large group of people, offered lots of privacy if needed.
