Located in South Palm Springs at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this family friendly home features a large gated pool with a solar heater that also cools in the summer, providing an extra level of comfort and safety for families with small children. There is a small shaded patio poolside where guests can relax in the hammock and watch the children, as well as plenty of chairs for lounging. The backyard offers lots of privacy. The larger shaded patio area, also with a misting system for guest’s comfort and for the true outdoor gourmet a large Weber BBQ, as well as a double-sized outdoor couch and outdoor dining and cocktail tables.

San Clementegreat weather, but pool heater unexplainingly did not work!

To go to Palm Springs with the intension of laying by the pool during the day and to swim and hot tub at night is very disappointing when the pool heater did not work. Eccentially this ruins the entire weekend. If anyone understood this a full refund or compimentary next stay might serve as just cause.

We rent private homes, twice a year for our family winter & summer trips, so we've seen our share of properties. The home was very clean and organized. The rooms were spacious and the overall floor plan very open. The kitchen was great (if you plan to cook as we did), fully stocked, lots of counter space and new appliances. The outside sitting area with the mist and comfy couches made being in the heat tolerable so we could watch our kids in the pool. The pool is gated so it would be great for families with small kids. There was plenty of sitting & lounging space. The only complaint was that the beds along with the bedding were not very comfortable (too soft). This isn't a luxury property, but great value and perfect for a family stay. Cleanliness is very (very) important to us & this house met our expectations. We will definitely come back!

It was just what the doctor ordered! The home & pool were so inviting. You couldn't help but relax1 The kitchen was fully stocked & the beds were of the highest quality. It is locat5ed in a quiet cul-de-sac. Will be back to visit Casa Los Compadres soon!

we had a blast in palm springs! very hot but fun. the house was great, it
looked just like the pic's. i loved that it was close to the night life.
