This property was everything that we were promised. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the layout of the house was perfect. It was perfect for a weekend in the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay at this property again.

everything was nice except the swimming pool that was 99 ° F and that we couldn't cool without help (2 calls and 2 days to wait untill the problem was resolved, but we staid only 3 days in this house, too bad for us...).
And the check in hour (3PM) with the check out hour (10am) made this experience very short. -

After looking online for a place to stay in Palm Springs, this home was amazing. It was updated, clean, and so enjoyful to stay at. The pool and hot tub were great! So many nice amenities in this house. Was very pleased. Check in/out was so easy. Well worth the value. Looking forward to doing it again.

We have been long time renters in Palm Springs and have stayed at many beautiful homes.But Woodstone Palms is our absolute favorite. It is perfectly maintained, and provides an upscale yet comfortable get away.

Everything about our stay was excellent. If I had to nit pick anything I would say that the 2 leather coaches in the house were worn and beaten down, and it devalued the property. Other than that, it couldn't have been better! Love the house and will definitely rent it again! Thank you!

Me and a bunch of friends stayed at Woodstone Palms. The house was great. nice big layout! 2 living room areas with long couches. great sound system in the house with ipod hookup too. pool area was great with big, tall bushes and a wall for privacy from the neighbors.
only thing i would say was that the sound system outside rattled a little when you turned it up all the way. could just about hear the songs from the spa. also, couldnt figure out the heat in the spa. wouldnt get that hot. and couldnt figure out the pool/spa lights.
nothing to really complain about! i would stay here again and plan on it. :) -

The house was absolutely perfect. The pool and landscape looked amazing. We enjoyed the location to downtown which made everything very accessible. The appliances and kitchen set up also worked extremely well. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't available in the house. The only comment made by my company (all women) was there needed to be a couple full length mirrors in the large, beautiful bedrooms. Thanks.

We spent 6 nights at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family and our anniversary celebration. The house is well appointed, kitchen - well equipped and the backyard and pool - exquisite!
Our adult children and spouses joined us for a delightful time. The weather was gorgeous and our time was truly memorable.
The mountain backdrop, the proximity to downtown and the quiet neighborhood added to the wonderful time.
We appreciated the ease of making the reservations, the customer service from Luz and quick checkout. This is our 2nd rental experience with PalmSprings Rentals and we'll definitely be back. Thank you. -

Enjoyed the house, however we had issues with the refrigrator & they were NOT able to fix it. We had no refrigrator for 4 days. Imagine that with 3 kids in the house & 4 adults, without any refrigrator, in Palm springs.
And Still at the end charged us $49.00 for breaking out-door Umbrella, which was nocked down by heavy wind.
Totally disappointed with the management, will never ever rent from this agency.

This is an absolutely fabulous house. There is great attention to detail. The house is beautifully appointed. The pool and spa is spectacular. Good proximity to downtown Palm Springs. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice view of the mountains.

We stayed at this home for a week over the easter vacation after a busy week at the theme parks. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 5 children aged from 4 mths to 12 years. The house was very well appointed and luxurious exacly like the photos. The bathrooms were beautiful and the beds v comfortable. The best feature about the house for us was the pool area. We ate outside all the time. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and v well equipped. The kids loved sitting at the high stools at the counter outside the kitchen window to eat. We had a wonderful vacation due mainly to the quality of this home. This is a perfect home for families or groups of friends / couples. My only reservation is that with small children many doors open onto the pool so you do need to supervise the kids at all times which we had expected. All in all highly recommended.

This was our second stay at this great home. My wife and I came with her daughter and family (incl 2 small children). It's perfectly laid out for a group like ours. There's a master suite at one end of the house and a master and two smaller bedrooms at the other end. The layout provided wonderful privacy for us, while giving the others a "family living arrangement". The family room and other living spaces were large enough to allow us all to get together when we wanted to.
The backyard and pool are like a retreat. The pool is large enough for everyone and there is plenty of deck seating. The outdoor dining table allowed us to have our meals outside when we chose to.
Finally, the location is great, too. It is a short block away from a large city park with a playground, fitness area, tennis and basketball courts and plenty of room to walk. I can't think of a single reason not to vacation at this home.
