Located near the famous Racquet Club Estate, home to the stars where Marilyn Monroe and others once played. We are only five minutes from downtown Palm Springs and within a short drive to all tourists attractions and hotels. Situated next to the Christina Onassis, Joan Crawford and Betty Davis estates, it provides the utmost in privacy.

Welcome to paradise! This custom built luxury estate is located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. With four spacious bedrooms, this 3,000 square foot home is situated on an enclosed three quarter acre lot providing complete privacy. This estate provides all the modern amenities, comforts and elegant appointments. Views of the San Jacinto Mountains from the back yard are breathtaking!
When you enter this residence, the sound of the waterfall feature is sure to calm your nerves. You will feel a sense of openness entering the living room as you view the unbelievable pool and backyard looking through the vanishing pocket doors that merge the indoor and outdoor living! The living room contains a step down bar complete with sink/refrigerator/ice maker and barstools. A leather sofa, a 50" LCD TV and a surround sound system completes this beautiful entrance. A formal dining room with seating for up to eight people is next to the living room.
The contemporary family room with a gas fireplace adjoins the kitchen and contains a leather sofa and a 50" LCD TV.
The fully-loaded gourmet chef kitchen includes a Sub Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas stove containing a grill, griddle and four burners. Additional amenities include a wall oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker and cooking utensils. A granite bar top provides ample seating.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, a gas fireplace, chaise lounge and dresser for all your storage needs. The spacious master bathroom contains a double entry state-of-the-art shower comprised of slate and granite. The bathroom has dual marble pedestal sinks, a walk-in closet with built-in dressers, a spa tub with multiple jets, 27” LCD TV and a make up counter.
All additional bedrooms contain queen beds. Two of the three guest rooms have private baths and walk-in closets with built-in dressers. They all have ceiling fans and 40" LCD TV’s.
The private backyard contains one of the largest free-form salt water pools in Palm Springs! It is surrounded by lush landscaping including an array of palm trees, queen palms, mesquite trees and grass. Features include a beach entry, tanning ledge, bench seating, a raised spa, multiple spillways, a double-sided waterfall, and multi-color lighting. Additionally, there are five bar stools inside the pool next to a swim up fire pit. This is truly a phenomenal pool!
Also in the backyard is a sunken beach sand volleyball pit. There is a full basketball court and a three-hole putting green. A large fire pit with bench seating accommodates twelve people and is a great place to relax and have a glass of wine while taking in the view of the mountains. There is also a BBQ island with a 46" gas grill with additional components.
The 720 sq. ft. covered entertainment area in the backyard contains a cocktail bar, refrigerator, ice cooler, sink, TV, and Kegorator. Fourteen barstools surround the granite top counter.
This vacation home is perfect for an array of functions including photo and movie shoots, weddings, corporate events/retreats, extended rentals or simply a relaxing getaway with friends or family.
The location of this property has amazing views of the mountains and is less then ten minutes from the PS International Airport. The estate is only five minutes from downtown Palm Springs.

We came down from Canada to have our destination wedding at the Galvan Estate in March of 2013. We booked this property site unseen and the property was exactly as photographed and described. Palm Springs is an awesome area for a destination wedding! Our guests were happy getting away from the snow and enjoying the Palm Springs area as well as our wedding at the estate. The estate easily accommodates the ceremony as well as the reception which was very convenient for all of our guests. We had approximately 50 guests, but the property could easily handle many more. The pool was a hit for both pre and post wedding gatherings with friends. Fun and relaxed week and wedding! We would recommend this property for weddings or other gatherings.

We go somewhere fun/nice at least once a month and this was one of our best vacations ever. Normally, we're out seeking adventure and checking out the sites, and from the moment we arrived, we didn't want to leave the house. So, we didn't - and we had a blast! All three days/nights, we spent the entire time playing on the b-ball court, sand volleyball court, pool, hot tub, playing pickelball, ping pong, and foosball. And the nights at the outdoor bar and sitting around the fire-pit was so relaxing and fun. I give this home an a+, 11 out of 10 and couldn't recommend it more. You will not be disappointed, book your stay now and count down the days until the time of your life!

I spoke to arnold on several occasions before actually committing to his home for our guys vacation. He was super friendly, honest and prompt in everything I requested. We had a guys trip to play poker, bbq, shoot hoops and go golf. What we got was a super retreat! This home is breathtaking, every aspect. The backyard is clearly the best feature of the home but everything was first class.
I loved it so much I am planning another trip with my wife and kids, they would love it! Clean, spacious and fantastic!

When we arrived we were blown away by the house. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. The master bedroom and bath were amazing.
The back yard was just perfect. Basketball, beach volleyball, pool, hot tub, fire pits, bar, barbecue grill and games that kept the adult children totally entertained. We had a party for 120 people and it was the perfect setting. When the guests walked in they could not believe that we rented such a perfect house for a party. The owner was very attentive to our every need. A great time was had by all. -

This vacation house was a gem! Our stay was magnificent and we had everything we could have possibly needed. Arnold was a fantastic host and he really took care of us! We particularly loved the outdoor amenities (pool,beach volleyball, barbecue, etc). The rooms were super nice with TVs, and everything was clean and comfortable. I truly have no bad things to say about this place or the ownership. I would strongly recommend the Galvan Estate to any group looking for an extremely fun and memorable vacation! Thank you arnold and the Galvan Estate crew! Amazing. A+ all the way
