Ventura, CAGreat Experience...Great Place
Left on 05/03/2013 for a stay in April 2013
My family and I decided to go to Palm Springs last minute and normally we stay at JW Marriott, but we found room rates incredibly high due to the yearly Coachella Festival. So we looked at 30-40 homes to rent. Once we found a home I called and met Kenny (Rep-Dry Heat Resorts) over the phone. Kenny was our first great experience of this trip, great to deal with and extremely efficient in getting this deal completed within a few days. The location of the Tachevah Sunrise location was incredible, right next to downtown Palm Springs (Thursday night Street Fair) and near albertsons and other businesses. Everything about that house was right, Tropical Pool, Great Kitchen, Outdoor Bar-Bbq-fireplace-mist System. Also each bedroom was like a Master Bedroom. No more hotels, should have done this a long time ago. Thanks again Kenny.

Diamond Bar, CABest family vacation ever!
Left on 05/01/2013 for a stay in April 2013
This house is even more beautiful in person. We recently stayed with our three kids and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. We absolutely loved the pool, spa, bbq, outdoor tv, and bar area. The kids also loved the great patios outside of their rooms. The neighborhood is great and it's close to downtown- although we never left the house. Finally, Kenny with Dry Heat Resorts made everything so easy and hassle free. We can't wait to book this property again next year.

Wilmette, ILKid-friendly, outdoor living at it's best!
Left on 03/23/2013 for a stay in March 2013
We had a group of 8 adults and two toddlers for a 3-night stay at Tachevah Sunrise. We rent homes for family vacations often and this was the best when it comes to being well-stocked and ready to host a large group. Everything about it was well-maintained, clean, spacious and perfect for our low-key weekend. The outdoor living spaces are incredibly. Pool, spa, tanning shelf (where our toddler played and splashed all day long), outdoor bar/tv/grill, etc. was just amazing. We spent most of our time outside. There were kids water toys and floaty lounge things for adults.
The location is pretty non-descript but close to downtown PS. We weren't familiar with the area and had rental cars so this a quality location for us.
Really smooth management and working with Kenny was a breeze.
Don't hesitate to stay at this house if it meets your group's size/location needs. You will be very happy.

VancouverGreat house in the heart of Palm Springs
Left on 02/14/2013 for a stay in February 2013
Four of us stayed at this property and enjoyed it immensely. Great layout with all the bells and whistles. The pool and hot tub were emaculately maintained as was the entire property. A nice touch is a door off of the master suite straight out to the pool/hot tub. After a long day of golf the fewer steps to the hot tub the better! Thanks to Kenny, the property manager, for taking great care of us.

Los Angeles, CAWhat a perfect house!
Left on 01/04/2013 for a stay in December 2012
Some friends and I stayed at this house the week between Christmas and New Years and fell in love. Even the gorgeous pictures on the site don't convey how great this house really is. It is a perfect house for relaxing and gathering with friends. We had 8 adults and did not feel crowded. The backyard is wonderful too. Even though it was freezing outside, we Bbq'd and used the heated pool and the hot tub. The location is also within walking distance of the middle of Palm Springs. We had a great visit and will definitely be back.

DCChristmas in Palm Springs
Left on 01/02/2013 for a stay in December 2012
This is a terrific house. I stayed there with my wife, mother, and brother for a week over Christmas time. The kitchen is very well equipped and opens into a nice family room. The family room comfortably seats about 5, so if you have more people than that and want to all hang out in the same room together this may not be the house for you. The yard, pool, etc. are all excellent as well. If you plan on using all 4 bedrooms note that the fourth room does not have an in-suite bath and the only bathroom that is not connecting to another bedroom is a half bath so that whoever is using the fourth bedroom would need to traverse through another bedroom to get to use the shower. So long as that setup works for you, this is an excellent house to stay at.

North Canton, OHA perfect family Christmas get-together
Left on 12/20/2012 for a stay in December 2012
What a great property for a large group! We had 7 adults and two children and room for us all. Four bedrooms, three with their own bathrooms, and a powder room just outside the fourth bedroom.
There was something for everyone and plenty of places to gather or to disappear for some quiet time.
Two living areas, a dining room big enough for us all, plus a breakfast nook and a beautiful outdoor eating area just perfect for enjoying the warm morning sun. And another eating area, plus an outdoor bar and grille and flatscreen TV -- all on the patio where the heated pool and hot tub are. Add in patio access from all four bedrooms and a patch of lawn perfect for the kids, beautiful landscaping and a three-car garage -- all behind a beautiful and secure privacy wall.
And if you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you need to make just about anything you want. The girls even made me a birthday cake!
The location was excellent: close to shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes from the outlets.
If you want a luxury house that lives comfortably, we recommend Tachevah Sunrise. It was perfect for our family Christmas!

Upland CA and UKA jewel in the desert
Left on 09/30/2012 for a stay in September 2012
Kenny from Dry Heat Resorts told us prior to our stay that the house had everything we would need; he wasn't exaggerating. We were constantly surprised at the contents. From pots, to glasses, to towels, to cleaning supplies, they were all there.
The home was wonderfully furnished and made us feel it was home from home. The jewel of the property however was the beautifully landscaped yard with wonderful pool. During our stay, although the temperature exceeded 100 degrees every day, the pool area was the place to be.
Location was a little too far to walk to the center of Palm Springs in the 100 degree heat, but easily within a ten minutes drive. An almost perfect location.
Will we rent property through Dry Heat Resorts again? You bet ya! -

Ventura/Kansas CityOutstanding Palm Springs property
Left on 09/26/2012 for a stay in July 2012
We rented this house over the fourth of July. It easily accommodated the six of us (two adults and four kids) with room to spare. The house is well appointed with beautiful furnishings, TVs in every bedroom and a fantastic kitchen. The Master bedroom was private and the master bathroom was extra spacious. The pool area quickly became the favorite place for the kids and the outdoor bbq was perfect. We cooked almost every meal outside. I highly recommend this house for a wonderful, relaxed time.
In addition Kenny and Dry Heat were buttoned up and made moving in and out easy as pie. -

TemeculaTotal relaxation in the desert
Left on 09/15/2012 for a stay in July 2012
My family needed a place to escape to for a long weekend and this home in Palm Springs was a wonderful refuge. The home is beautifully kept, nicely decorated and is extremely comfortable (including the beds!!). Even though it is centrally located, the adobe walls surrounding the property provide complete privacy and are a perfect complement to the desert landscape. The pool and spa are fabulous! There are also numerous outdoor seating areas and at night there are some truly enchanting lighting features in the garden. Dry Heat Resorts efficiently handled the rental on short notice and ensured that we were comfortable with all the many features of the home, including the pool and spa operation. The home is not inexpensive to rent, but is market priced and well worth it. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental and hope to return.
