This Mid-Century remodel of a classic Alexander affords a breathtaking panoramic clerestory view of the San Jacinto Mountains. The spacious, open-plan design, high ceilings, white on white interior evokes the iconic Mid-Century aesthetic!

Never rented before 2012.

Furnishings are both tasteful and comfortable, with 2 separate seating areas, one in the living room and one in den/dining room. Lots of room for privacy or to spread out and enjoy togetherness. Take your pick. The living room is centered around a Gas fired fire place, with view of the pool and palms. The den/living room with iconic Saarinen table and chairs, sofa, easy... chair and a 42 inch flat screen TV, has a view of the pool and patio!

Enjoy the hot tub with a view of the mountains, dive off the diving

board into an extra large pool, dine at a table for 8 on the patio, or play a game of badminton on the large back lawn.

The remodeled kitchen, with stainless cabinets and Carrera marble counter tops is fully equipped with the best appliances. Fisher Paykel dishwasher, Viking stove, even a Panini grill!

A floating island with stools is a perfect spot to watch the cook at work. There is ample walk-in pantry.

Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom all have private patio areas. Two bathrooms have walk-in showers and one has a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom assures you a restful sleep on a Tempurpedic mattress, high quality linens, large walk in closet, and Flat screen TV. You will wake to a view of the sunrise through sliding doors. The second bedroom, with a queen bed also has a TV and a lovely bathroom, this one with a Carrara marble counter. The third bedroom, with twin beds, is sunny and comfortable with Room and Board beds and a walk-in closet and access to a private patio.

The rear yard is spacious, with an over sized pool with a diving board, gas barbeque, brand new pool heater and a patio heater for elegant outdoor dining. Outdoor bar area with small fridge.

Plenty of lounge chairs and water toys for enjoying the pool. An outdoor bar and fridge are great for enjoying martini?s and margaritas. A perfect house for relaxing!
